A breathtaking and spectacular experience. Pande the butler and his whole team made the stay unimaginably amazing. The service was absolutely exquisite and outstanding. The hotel environment was beyond excellent, The restaurants were very high in standard. Breakfast was so delicious, and all of the staff were so helpful and kind. The kids club staff was also very friendly, welcoming and kind to our little one and the activities were endless. Truly wasn’t experience of a lifetime cannot recommend the Ritz Carlton Bali Enough. It’s hard to write a review as there are no ways to explain this experience in the form of words.

Prior to booking our trip to Bali, I was deciding between the St. Regis and Ritz-Carlton in Nusa Dua. After watching several YouTube videos, I chose the Ritz-Carlton because the resort looked beautiful and was slightly more affordable. The two properties are not far from each other, and we spent three nights at the Ritz-Carlton after our stay at the Westin Ubud. We arrived a little early and, as Bonvoy Titanium members, were hoping for an early check-in. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready until the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. While that was slightly disappointing, we took advantage of the time by relaxing at the pool and enjoying lunch. The upside was that we were able to use our suite upgrade nights and were upgraded to a Pavilion Suite with pool access — a beautiful and spacious room. When we entered our suite, 7302, we were delighted to find it decorated for my wife’s birthday, complete with balloons, a birthday cake, and roses. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly welcomed. The property itself is large and impressive, though it could benefit from some remodeling, as parts of it feel a bit dated. What truly sets this resort apart is its exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, humble, and committed to making our stay unforgettable. Giwang at the front desk checked us in and continued to check on us throughout our stay, even greeting us at breakfast and asking how everything was going. One night, our neighbors were quite loud late into the night, and I mentioned it to Giwang the next morning. She immediately assured me that it would not happen again and it didn’t. She continue to check in with us and provided her WhatsApp number in case we needed assistance. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff. Hendra, Suli, and Yuda were wonderful attentive, kind, and always ready to assist us. I was especially impressed by Executive Chef Addie with our final breakfast. He stopped by to greet us and asked about our experience. I mentioned that I loved the chicken over rice served at breakfast but was hoping for butter chicken (Indian style). Although they typically only serve vegetarian Indian dishes, he offered to prepare it for me personally and within ten minutes, I had a delicious butter chicken dish made just for me. That level of personalized service was truly remarkable. We also had a lovely dinner at Bejana Restaurant, where Anri provided excellent service during our celebration of my wife’s birthday. And on our final night, Dwi and Staff at the Beach Grill made our last dinner truly unforgettable with exceptional service, warm hospitality, and thoughtful attention to detail which was a perfect ending to our stay. Overall, the Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua exceeded our expectations. The resort pays close attention to detail and truly focuses on creating memorable experiences for its guests. For my wife and I, travel is about creating lasting memories, and this stay gave us just that. We loved our time in Bali so much that we are already planning to return. One thing I must say: the service and hospitality in Bali are unmatched. The people here are humble, respectful, warm, and kind and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel relaxed and cared for. The Ritz-Carlton embodies that spirit beautifully. We come back to Ritz Bali wife’s birthday every year after we had wedding at their chapel yrs ago. Their service and hospitality always exceed our expectations. Already looking forward to next year’s stay.

The ritz bali has been a phenomenal experience. From the rooms and landscaping to the amazing food and people working there with love. I can’t stress Executives Chef Kojong and his welcoming personality and food quality and personalization that is beyond on the whole hotel f&b. Chef Adi and the whole team as well require a special thank you.
