The Ritz-Carlton, Bali

Even we had some issues at the beginning. We have spent one week for Christmas in this property we like taking our breakfast at the Indonesian restaurant as well our dinner or at the beach where we have met two fantastic chefs even the staff is not professional and kind around the resort, these two restaurants and staff are very good.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, every single day was filled with warmth, care, and thoughtful service. We are especially grateful to our butler, Pande, and all the staff for their attentive and heartfelt care, everything we needed was always taken care of promptly. The surprise birthday decorations inside our villa and gifts, along with the lovely daily afternoon treats, made our stay even more special. Most of all, we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our time there. I chose to stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali for my birthday trip, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. On our first morning, my friend and I went to breakfast and were served by Santi. From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She asked what brought us to the resort, and when I mentioned it was my birthday, she surprised me in the most thoughtful way. Santi returned with several of her colleagues, bringing out a birthday pancake and singing “Happy Birthday.” It was completely unexpected and incredibly touching. Before we left, she asked if we would be joining her again for breakfast the next morning. We happily said yes. The following day, Santi was once again an absolute delight. She sought us out and then presented me with a beautiful birthday gift along with a handwritten card—another thoughtful surprise that meant so much to me. The Ritz-Carlton, Bali is truly a stunning property. The grounds are beautiful, and the food is delicious. However, what truly sets this resort apart is the exceptional hospitality provided by employees like Santi. She made this experience especially memorable, and I will always associate her kindness with my stay at The Ritz-Carlton. I hope this review reaches both future travelers and the management team. If you are considering where to stay in Bali, I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton and I highly recommend seeking out Santi.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay it was truly a wonderful experience. The moment we arrived the views were so wonderful. We were greeted with a cup of tea and went to see our wonderful suite. The suite was Huge, and shower was like being in the Amazon Rain Forest Waterfall. The Airport is only 20 plus minutes away. The Buffett was amazing the omelets were good and a good option of plenty of fruits and drinks. The service was relaxing and clean. Highly recommend staying at the Ritz. The pool area was very relaxing, and food was good at the Ocean Beach club. Room was cleaned every day. This resort sets the bar High for Bali. The Nusa Dua area is emerging as a powerhouse. Plenty of areas to relax around the resort, the Sauna was amazing clean and relaxing. I can't wait to come back in the future. Suksma!
