The Ritz-Carlton, Bali

Totally disappointed! The hotel needs renovation. I’ve left in the same day. They were extremely rude…just refund and management refused to discuss with me

My experience staying at one-bedroom villa at the Ritz-Carlton Bali. The room was very spacious, complete with a truly spacious private pool. The room was luxurious with a separate living area and a large bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the garden. The hotel's facilities are also comprehensive, from the beach club, the main infinity pool, world-class restaurants like Bejana, to the renowned spa. Everything is well-maintained and highly conducive to guest comfort. What truly resonated was the sincere and attentive hospitality of the entire staff. Special thanks to Mr. Pande and Mrs. Ariestya, who handled my reservations and all my needs during my stay. Their service was truly heartfelt, making this stay feel like home. I was truly satisfied with the service and friendliness of all the staff at the Ritz-Carlton Bali. Thank you.

Wonderful stay full of attentive service. Everyone from breakfast, pool and spa were excellent. I want to especially praise some of the lesser customer facing staff who work behind the scenes to make our stays memorable. Housekeeping is hard in the humid weather with people who use the beach, I want to than Yudi and Satria for making our stay especially enjoyable with swan towels for our anniversary, extra bottled water and coffee pods

Our excellent experiences at Ritz begin with check in process. It was past 20.00 PM, but the front desk agent Roy Wirathama has made the check in process in a very relax manner so that we felt relaxed and not stressed out, after all it was late and normally you will feel tired exhausted. The room was clean and a welcome fruits on a nice decorated plate is awaiting us. The grilled lobster at Beach Grill was nice but I was not a fan of the recommended spring chicken. We went to beach next morning at 6am to see the sun rise. The Sunrise was very very beautiful. After enjoying the amazing sunrise my wife take yoga class that provided free for the guest. I went to gyms for 1 hour threat mill. Both the gyms and yoga facilities are very clean and everything you need are provided within hand reach. Wow. I would say, the best services we got was at breakfast dining and at Bejana Restaurant. Here, like at check in process, the Chef Adi was a very attentive person, hat and how he served us the breakfast with his self made food, from fruits plate, special fried fish, to mixed yoghurt and drinks. Actually, we checked out on 20th April, departed to an event venue at other hotel but we came back on 22 to stay for another 2 nights here at Ritz, it is because of their excellent services. It is because Roy and Chef Adi, we came back here. Thank you, all you guys all at Ritz, we have a very relaxing holidays there. Thank you.

Location - great in Nusa Dua, provided you are okay being in Nusa Dua (think 30 mins to anything else) Great clean spacious rooms, amazing atmosphere - very calm serene and relaxed. Very much a tropical vibe What surprised us was how good all the restaurants on site were. And the staff were 11/10. The rooms are really good but are starting to show very light signs of wear and tear, just something to keep in mind but nothing jarring.
