The Ritz-Carlton, Bali

What a truly wonderful destination full of beauty, care, engagement, respect, smiles, warm souls, magical pools/beach/dining. We were surrounded by peace, joy, comfort and gratitude for 3 days and nights before embarking upon our 2 week cruise. Everyone was so very fine, yet always uncomfortable for me to identify a “top performer”. Nonetheless, in Senses restaurant, Angga is exceptionally skilled, professional, connected to the clientele and grateful (as were we) with the time together. A true Top Performer! Thank you Angga!

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali was short, but incredibly memorable. From the moment we arrived just after midnight until our departure, everything felt smooth and effortless. The check-in process was quick and welcoming, even at such a late hour, and the butler kindly helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had direct pool access, which we absolutely loved. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a great variety and flavors that truly stood out. A special thank you to Chef Adi, who personally came over to say hello and kept surprising us with his breakfast recommendations — every single one was delicious. We had dinner at the Beach Grill both nights because we simply couldn’t get enough. I kept ordering the lobster spaghetti, and my husband — who is originally from Italy — said the pesto pasta was the best he’s ever had, which is high praise coming from him. Chef Adi and his team took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. On our final night, they even prepared a thoughtful goodbye dessert, which was a lovely and personal touch before our departure. With nearly 15 years of experience in the travel industry and having worked with Virtuoso clients, I truly appreciate exceptional service. As a Virtuoso property, expectations are naturally high, and The Ritz-Carlton, Bali delivered beautifully. Thank you to Chef Adi and the entire team for making our stay so special. Your staff member named Putu Sitka has displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. she acted arrogantly, appeared to feel superior due to her financial status, and demeaned others. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and does not reflect proper ethics or professionalism. she should be guided and educated to behave more politely and respectfully toward others.

Awesome property, sprawling and lush green with the largest rooms ever. Smiling courteous staff , always ready to help, great food and just fantastic amenities. I made the mistake of taking buggies… it’s worth walking and exploring the whole property. Right on the beach but I didn’t want sand on my feet. I heard the spa was super but had no time Word of caution: one would find the hotel so relaxing that u may miss out on the rest of what Bali offers The only tedious part.. the water bottles. So tough to open.

Very memorable stay vacation! The service was considerate. The butler Dwipa was excellent. Thank for always taking care of our stay. He is very helpful and Enthusiasm. In short, I really love ritz-carlton bali! Everyone here is very nice! I recommend to come and have a wonderful vacation.
