I stayed two weekends before and after a snorkeling trip. The first weekend my room was on the top floor with an ocean view balcony. The second weekend my room was on the first floor with access to a beautiful pool/lagoon that was private to a small number of rooms. Both rooms were large, very comfortable and in excellent condition. The service was impeccable from the wait staff to the amazing yoga instructors. I ate in four different venues and had excellent food in each. I highly recommend signing up for the private cooking class with the head chef - not only was it super affordable, we made amazing food!

We were at the hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. There were some hiccups with the kids night safari tent but Megaloka did a fantastic job addressing the issue. She went above and beyond to help us get the kids swimming pamper as we were running out of it and not able to find them in the supermarket. She prepared customized cap for the kids and they loved it! The kids were also well taken care off and love in the Ritz Kids. Special thanks to Nopi where she accommodated to the request of my elder son. Everyone in the Ritz Kids were super friendly, i hope i can jott down all their names. The food at the beach grill and breeze were great. Shout out to Mirah for helping us to find a seat when the beach grill was super packed. Its a little disappointing with the private clamping by the beach grill. I felt the team wasn't well prepared as the seats were wet with sand. By the time everything was changed, the sun had set. Thank you to everyone from the buggy drivers to the house keeping team to the reception team for making our stay wonderful and Yudis for helping us with the restaurant booking. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had a lot of great experiences there! I could chill out and even see camels at the beach. And also we could see a beautiful view from our room. It was so nice! The staffs were very kind and friendly so we talked a lot with them! I want to go Ritz-Carlton again.

We decided to stay at Ritz Carlton Nusa Dua to celebrate my husband's 45th birthday and I was bowled over by the hospitali team's attention to detail. The resort is perched on top of a hill in Nusa Dua but not in the ITDC area. It is secluded but gives the aura of top notch luxury. I had booked through the Marriott bonvoy app and has got a good rate. Before check in, I had got in touch with Intan and she took our experience at the Ritz to another level. The resort is huge and beautifully landscaped with occasional monkey sightings. We had booked one of the suites which had views of the sea. The room is spacious and is the definition of understated luxury and opulence. The kids are really pampered here with a soft toy, a separate dental kit and bathrobe. The kids club is nice and the attendants very helpful. But it would be better if they could come up with a teens club as well. We tried out Beach Grill restaurant which is next to the beach and food was scrumptious. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the while booking we were given IDR 1 million credit for food and beverage so we had most of our dinners in room. The resort arranged a complimentary photo shoot as well. But what really impressed me was Ms.Intan's dedication to her job. She got the room decorated, arranged a cake and a cute photo frame for my husband's birthday. The breakfast team also had a sweet surprise for him. On one evening our child was a little unwell and Ms. Intan was very prompt with arranging a call with the doctor and inquiring about our kid's health even after we had checked out. The staff is definitely the highlight of the resort and makes all the difference. Their smile really lights up your day! Thank you Ritz Carlton for an amazing stay.

The most cozy hotel I have ever been!!! I traveled there by myself, and everyday was so surprised and fun. The butler, Juli, was so thoughtful and sweet!! The best experience in Indonesia~
