The most impressive meal so far in Nusa Dua. Stunning presentation. Beautiful building to dine in. Very attentive staff. The fish was delicate and super fresh. The presentation was so pretty and dainty. We both had the beef tenderloin and it was incredible. Wonderfully tender and very well seasoned. The veges on the side were utterly delicious too. The sorbet we chose at the end was very flavoursome and well presented. We will remember this dinner for a while.

We stayed at the St Regis after 10 days of our round trip in Bali and East Java. We decided to pamper ourselves a little bit after a week of volcanoes temples and jungles and seriously you won’t find a lot of places where pampering gets to a higher level than at St. Regis. Regarding the rooms we took a suite with a plunge pool which is one category above the normal suites, it is of course not a cheap win but I thought it was worth it as you have a very nice outside area and - as Bali is hot all the way - it is wonderful to get the chance to just jump in the plunge Pool when you wake up, get to your room, get ready for dinner or come home. There is a higher room category where you have your private (big) pool but this was out of our league 🙂there are two pool areas one is about 70 m and shadowed by palms to which the pool villas have direct access! And then there’s the second one right at the ocean with adorable cabanas in the middle of it. Perfect. And of course there’s the ocean with pure white sand and perfectly comfortable beach loungers. Wonderful. Which leads me to the service which is without comparison. Each breakfast lunch and dinner is outstanding and the service everywhere is without comparison. Try the signature dishes at breakfast especially the lobster omelette ! We’ve been to the balinese restaurant Duland which was exceptional regarding the food and the service as well as in the hotel restaurant. Another highlight was being on the beach / at the pool, whenever you got there they brought you two towels and cold water and whatever you wanted , and once they even offered to clean your sunglasses. I could go on and on but this gets too long an way- soil u get the. He e - go there stay there! !

This resort is great 👍 we come at least once a year to St Regis Bali. Every time, I am greeted by Pak Agus, ensuring everything is perfect. The Villa is fantastic with private pool and lagoon access 👌 The butler service ensures a good flow of coffee and cookies. The resort is well maintained, and the beachfront is pristine. Every single member of staff is smiling, friendly and always ready with assistance.

The St. Regis Bali is absolutely spectacular in every way! The concierge Agus is so kind and accommodating helping with any questions or issues. The butler Andi helped me unpack and pack and was always available to help assist. Each morning while heading to breakfast, i was greeted by Gede Jati who is in the lobby playing beautiful music and always has a smile for me! I would defiantly be back!

Our family spent a week at the St. Regis. Simply said, it was magical from beginning to end. The pick up at the airport was smooth and easy with cool clothes, waters and luggage assistance. Upon arrival to the St Regis we found refreshing drinks, flowers for our ears, and wonderful sounds filling the main lobby. We couldn't have wished for a better start! The St Regis grounds are immaculate and the staff, from the airport transportation, to the butlers, to the waitstaff, bar staff, transportation, private drivers, spa staff and even the doctor and her nurse...every single employee was kind and gracious. Their service and smiles elevated our stay to a new level. The food was spectacular not only to look at but we ate far too much in a week! Everything was delicious. In the past, our hotel stays have been memorable due to the location and the accomodation but this one was so much more...the food, the service, the genuine kindness, the gorgeous villas, the culture and so much more. Special thank you to Eka, at Boneka, who we will never forget, Agus Budhiana , his kindness (and delicious ginger tea delivery) and Felix Schneoring for the incredible customer service he provided. Also, Tu Adi our lovely butler, Tina and Emi at gourmand deli and Gusde at the St Regis Bar. A heartfelt thank you from us all. I hope it won't be too long until we are back again.
