Unforgettable experience
From the moment we arrived at W Bali – Seminyak, the service was absolutely world-class – and a few standout individuals made our experience truly exceptional. Ngurah in the lobby greeted us with the warmest smile and a genuine sense of hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. He was always present, attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed. He made us feel like VIPs from day one. Jevon from the Insider team took our stay to the next level, especially making my wife’s birthday a memorable occasion. Jevon’s service was nothing short of exceptional. Eka, the Duty Manager, was a true professional, calm, courteous and incredibly helpful. It’s clear he leads by example and plays a big role in maintaining the high standards the W is known for. Each of these individuals played a part in creating unforgettable memories for us at W Bali. Their passion for what they do, and their commitment to guest experience, is the kind of thing that keeps people coming back. Anniversary Trip
My husband and I recently spent three nights at the W Seminyak to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. From check in to check out our stay was incredible! My husband is a Bonvoy Titanium Elite and as a result we were upgraded to a one bedroom pool villa which was absolutely stunning! Breakfast was also included for us and the variety of food available was unreal. The staff went out of their way to make our visit special and we were always greeted with a hello by everyone we interacted with. The location of the resort is excellent and you can easily walk to several restaurants. A special thank you to Swarni at Woo Bar for being so kind and helpful. I will definitely stay at the W Seminyak the next time I visit Bali and cannot recommend it enough!

Amazing hotel and amazing staff!! The staff made us feel soo welcomed. They remembered our favourite foods and each one of my children's food orders at buffet breakfast every morning. No request was ever too difficult!! It's been difficult lasting goodbye as they made us feel soo welcomed like family. We are looking forward to coming back to W in Bali

Our experience at the W Hotel Seminyak was made truly unforgettable thanks to Adi. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and completely taken care of. Adi is by far the kindest and most helpful person we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting on our travels. His warm smile, genuine care, and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed — nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Whether it was offering local recommendations, checking in on us throughout our stay, or simply his gracious attitude, Adi made our trip feel extra special.
