W Bali, Seminyak

Second time staying at the W Bali. Same great service. From being greeted by the amazing staff like Don to the wonderful staff at Fire restaurant where I had breakfast every morning. Room was fantastic from the amazing ocean view to the amazing Bose sound system and luxurious bath tub with the skylight. The W will always be a stop I make whenever I visit Bali.

We had the most incredible stay at W Bali - Seminyak. Honestly, I only have good things to say. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. What truly made our stay so special was the staff. A very special thank you to Don, Nura, Denta and Becool for taking such amazing care of us. They made us feel so welcomed and at home from day one. Their level of hospitality is honestly unmatched, there aren’t enough words to fully express how much we appreciated them. They truly elevated our entire experience. We stayed in one of the private pool villas, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was spotless, the pool was incredible, and everything was maintained to such a high standard. The housekeeping team was also amazing. We never once bumped into them, yet they were always so thoughtful, leaving little notes and extra touches that made us feel so looked after. Being in the private villas the noise never affected us. It felt like we were the only people there. The hotel its self is also located in the best spot in Seminyak. Everywhere was 10-15 mins away by car at most! Everything about our stay was just perfect. We genuinely had the best time and are already looking forward to coming back.

We have been going to the W Seminyak since 2012. There is no other hotel like it in the world. A place you will connect with and feel like you are going home to be taken care. In the heart of Seminyak but set back onto the beach away from the house via a gorgeous bamboo archway drive way. The service is always exceptional, not only from the staff that have been there forever, but everyone else taking care of you. Nothing is too hard and they think of everything you may need before you even ask. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is the unique W room fragrance that will long live in your memory after you leave, that will remind you of your Bali holiday. The hotel is quiet, but there is sound of happy chatter between staff and guests. The pool has mood setting music (even under the water). The staff around the pool are so attentive. To get new towels, set you up in your favorite sun chairs, ready to take your food and drinking order. So many places to eat around Seminyak, but the food at the W is world class, whether you eat at the restaurant or by the pool with the kids. Price doesn’t always promise this experience, but the W Bali always delivers this incredible experience year after year. We travel all over the world and this is the one place we try to go back to each year. Speak to any other guests who repeatedly come back and they will express the same feeling of recharge, rest and filling of the soul when you stay here. Lobby staff, concierge, house keepers, pool boys, restaurant staff, security, grounds keepers - you are all so appreciated for the immense work you do to provide us this experience. The W motto of Whatever/Whenever is so true. 🩷

This was our second stay at the W Bali after visiting 2 years ago. Last time we stayed in the hotel portion, which was lovely. This time we opted for a one bedroom pool villa, and I'm so happy we did. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The interior was spacious and chicly styled, and the outdoor private pool was amazing (it's not just a plunge pool...it's actually large enough to swim laps if you're so inclined). We had breakfast at the Starfish Bloo restaurant each morning, which served an excellent breakfast buffet, as well as a menu of made to order dishes. All the staff were wonderful, but I want to give a special mention to Aditya who served us each morning at Starfish Bloo -- he remembered us each time and really went over and above to make us feel special. And Tirta, who drove us around the resort and helped with luggage, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, this is a great property in a great location, with amazing staff who want to make your stay memorable. We will be back again!

very good everyone was friendly and helpful the breakfast and especially the fire restaurant was really good the beef and mashed potato with truffle was the best the villa was very beautiful when we left Tirta and Epri helped with the bags that barley fit in the car and they were very kind
