Fantastic hotel, the staff are amazing and could not have done more to make our stay very special. We had a birthday and a wedding anniversary to celebrate and they organised some fabulous treats. Highly recommend for couples or families, but for an incredibly special stay for a couple, suggest you book one of the private villas with its own pool, totally in your own mini heaven, with gorgeous pool, cabana and sun beds, plus an enormous super king bed, and a bath perfect for two, with complete peace and quiet. We felt like we were on our second honeymoon. Special thanks to Adi, Ayu, José, Nita, Daisy, Mitha, Gita, Conte, Agustia, Mang Jo, Pande, & Lala, for looking after us so superbly. The hotel restaurants were fabulous, and there are delightful alternatives near the hotel, such as ‘Mauri’, which was an utterly wonderful dining experience, just a short Buggy (Golf buggy) ride from the lobby (another item organised by the hotel staff).

One of the best hotels in Bali, specially if you are on a romantic sojourn with your loved one. The hotel is never busy or maybe it just feels that way. The staff was attentive and exactly what you would expect out of a W. Cliff side views are breathtaking and one can watch the waves crashing down below for hours.
