Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel

We are currently relaxing in the lobby after two wonderful days at your hotel, and we wanted to express our sincere appreciation. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional – the food, the ambiance, the service, and most notably, the kindness and professionalism of your entire staff. A special thank you goes to Bam, who truly stood out with her warm attitude and outstanding service. She made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. We are already looking forward to returning. This has truly been a memorable experience – and ending it with a thoughtful gesture would make it even more special. Thank you once again!

Excellent place to stay if you're in Bangkok. Very pleasant atmosphere: beautiful traditional paintings and decorations everywhere, comfortable furnished in the lobby areas as well as in the rooms. The breakfast is over the top - something for everyone to enjoy, food from all over the world! The staff is so friendly and helpful all of the time. Highly recommended.

My worst experienced staying at Anantara Siam Hotel.. I checked in July 18, 2025 as member of Essence complimentary night. I was given room 217 and little did I know that this room is right above a band playing full swing below in the courtyard!!!! The room smell very mildewy from the carpet and no room was available to change worse still the swimming pool was out of service and if I want to swim I will have to walk to St. Regis Hotel next door as you can imagine how awkward it will be to go for a swim in another hotel. I tried to contact the hotel management and they were beating around the bush until finally they gave me an offer for a room upgrade to a suite the next time I check in!!! My reply was plain and simple, they should compensate me with a complimentary room instead of asking me to pay for the room on my next visit in order to get an upgrade which is totally absurd and I haven't heard from them again. Never again will I stay in this hotel and if any one wants to check in, please choose any hotels next door and not to endure the nonsense that I have been through. The management should train their staffs better than this is my final recomendation. Dr. Supong

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which gave a great first impression. Throughout our stay, the service remained consistently top-notch. From the front desk team to housekeeping and the staff at the restaurant, everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. They went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. Although the hotel was undergoing minor renovation during our stay, it did not really affect our experience or comfort at all. The room was clean and well-kept, and any requests we had were handled promptly. It's clear that the staff take pride in their work — their warm hospitality really made our stay memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-managed and service-focused hotel!

We had our wedding here. The facilities were incredible and everything was set up so well and so quickly. The best part of this whole experience was our wedding planner Golf. She was incredibly helpful, kind and competent. She addressed any of our issues and was like a super hero in how she solved problems. I cannot recommend her enough.
