The hotel is under construction and they don’t let you know when booking
We came to bangkok family of 5. After such a long flight. And they didn’t tell us the hotel is under construction. It was very disappointing no pool for kids. No gym for me. Very poor

Joyous Stay at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel
Dear Management Team of Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, I would like to especially thank Front Desk Deputy Manager Mr. Jamal Chen for his thoughtful arrangements. Due to the enormous low frequency noise emerged from the music hall below affecting our initial room after 11 p.m., Jamal swiftly helped us minimise the noise and moved us up to a quieter room the day morning. His professionalism and quick response greatly improved our stay. Jamal's intelligence and attention to guest needs fully reflect his value as a precious asset to the hotel. His efforts not only protect the hotel's reputation but also make us feel valued and cherished as guests. Thank you once again to Jamal and the entire team at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. Worse trip
First of all the renovation of the hotel so inconvenient. So smelly and dusty. Secondly had a horrible check in. Ur manager was so inconsiderate. And lastly during checkout when I wanted to pay using my GHA credits, ur staff insists I can because I book through a third party. I already explain to her I wasn’t aware as I use my company portal to book my hotel. She said cannot accommodate to my request. What’s the point of being platinum status if this is how you treat ur platinum customers

The place to stay when in Bangkok
Amazing stay in this gorgeous hotel, centrally located but extremely quiet. This was our second stay in less than 6 months. The Anantara Siam Bangkok hotel has become our favorite hotel in Bangkok. The staff members go that extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect. We booked our stay both times with breakfast and I would really recommend it to everyone. So detailed and the variety and selection of dishes is incredible. A fantastic stay once again and we can’t wait to be back soon again!
