The Athenee hotel is our first choice to visit for stay and dine. The hotel itself looks so elegant with classic style. Staff all are very friendly and service minded . The pool we visit was so nice with open area surrounded with garden and jogging track. Breakfast is one of the best services team staff Marisa, Poo and Suntree . Great food great staff services .

I stayed in Athenee Hotel while traveling for business and enjoyed every moment of the stay. From walking into hotel until leaving. It was most wonderful experience in many ways. Hotel is simply wonderful and very comfortable. Restaurants are exquisite with multiple cuisine options. Breakfast food selection was very wide and staff always most attentive to every need. There is nothing more I could have wished for. Special thanks to Marissa from club lounge whose warm personality and care of things added to my experience. Ukis helped me with packing my luggage very efficiently, and after having interacting with him all my stress from packing and forthcoming trip was gone, I felt sincerely supported, cared for and confident that everything is arranged in the best possible way. Ukis always greeted me very sincerely, always helped me with carrying any shopping bag I had to my floor, making sure I am not carrying anything heavy. Ukis is extremely intelligent, it is amazingly interesting to have conversations with him on any topic. Concierge team, Nissara, are so welcoming and helpful, and also forthcoming in addressing all the needs you might have. It is always a pleasure to communicate and interact with Nissara, she will provide all the information available on each topic super quickly and efficiently. Concierge Dream was excellent with helping me with finding the best spa and beauty options for me, which I appreciated a lot. Dream did everything it took for me to have the best options, she was extremely helpful. Ms. Phatchara (Pook), Guest Engagement Center Manager, is amazingly client-oriented, each visit she does everything, and even more, to meet all the guest’s needs and requirements, she is extremely tactful, supportive, it is always a great pleasure to communicate with her. The cleaning team are superb. Samai from cleaning team has made my stay so comfortable and cozy. All my preferences have always been met in advance. This is the very definition of the top-level service. She made a lot of very special personalized experiences for me to make me feel even better than at home, which was truly amazing. Samai made my stay a literally unforgettable, special and unique experience. The pool team are excellent, they are creating a very relaxing and pleasant lively environment, always ready to help with anything. All of them are amazing people, both professionally and personally. Excellent experience!!! Food in restaurant was amazing. I’ll go back to hotel just for the food. Staff was gracious. Panida one of wait staff made my experience excellent. This was the best part of going to Thialand. The rooms were amazing and they cleaned twice a day. Water was in abundance. Anything you needed was available. Easy to get transport from hotel.
