Amazing service , food and atmosphere!!!!!!! Film Fluke was absolutely amazing and very attentive to our needs if you decide to dine here please look out for her brilliant night excellent food with and astounding atmosphere to match if in Bangkok it’s a must do experience . Thank you !

Unique & impressive experience.
Very nice night cruise . Great view & very delicious fine dining Thai cuisine. Manager Peary & khun B takes good care of our group. Highly recommended to see beautiful night view of Bangkok including famous Grand Palace , Arun Temple and beautiful bridges.

A wonderful dinning experience
We went here for a dinner in May. The food is wonderful and the view is spectacular . Waiter and waitress, Lek, Jeab, from the team Boom, are professional and friendly. They are engaging during our meal. It is a memorable experience dining here!

Muay Thai fitness class
Did a Muay Thai class at the hotel. Dragon is so friendly and it was such a great workout. Staring from the basics and went through all the key offense and defense moves + the physical training. Dragon is adapting his teaching according to the abilities of the trainees. Everyone can enjoy. Love it.

This is the second time we've spent our last night back from the islands at Bangkok's Banyan Tree before returning to France. The level of attention and personalization is absolutely remarkable. Our table was reserved at the Vertigo, which is absolutely incredible for its view, ambience and quality of service. We were kindly welcomed with two glasses of champagne, and manager Yung, assisted by Apple, was truly extraordinary in her kindness and delicate attentions. She even found a way to slide the photos she had taken and framed under our room door before our early morning departure. An amazing service. Thanks also to the extraordinary Akkachai, the hotel manager.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
