Awesome. Beautiful resort and rooms. Amazing staff who can’t do enough for you.
Honestly one of the most amazing hotels ever. Beautiful rooms and common areas. Wonderfully friendly staff. We also got an upgrade and 20% off of a meal and spa service. Complimentary champagne in room too. Highly recommend. Bit on the pricier side for Bangkok but truly a hidden gem.

As glorious as you think it will be! Room is perfect and they have thought about every little details you might need from the amenities to being able to text to get your bath run. The grounds are lovely too. Amazing pool and staff. My only complaint might be that staff sometimes seem a little stand off ish and not wanting to talk.

The hospitality offered was so exceptional that it cannot be captured in a single phrase. What made it truly stand out, however, was the genuine warmth of the staff. Their smiles were not forced or superficial, but radiated a sincere kindness. Each individual demonstrated a deep passion for their work, a sense of pride in their role, and an undeniable happiness that filled the air.
