A sanctuary in the middle of a bustling coty
Impeccable service truly personalized to the smallest detail for my entire family. The staff are super friendly and cordial and you can appreciate why it has been voted as the best hotel in the world. The room, the food offered and the amenities are top of the line and we cab bot wait to return back to this sanctuary.

Nice bar near the River of the king
Khun Bella has a great attitude and provided excellent service. We visited Stella for the first time and wanted to take some photos to keep as memories. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a nice shot by ourselves. Khun Bella was the only one who offered to help, while others definitely saw us struggling but didn’t offer any assistance. Since it was our first time, we didn’t know which areas were allowed for photos, where to stand or sit, or which spots had the best angles. We wandered around for a while trying to get a good shot. We were happy to pay Baht 1,200 per person as required to enjoy the service here. It would be perfect if all team members were as friendly and welcoming as Khun Bella.

The best hotel in the world
The staff are very warm and helpfel, they kept smile all the time and can remember our preference very well. The facilities and amenities are perfect and well designed. The river view are beautiful. The experience are wonderful and we are expecting to come again.

Worst serviced hotel ever
We lived three days, first day staff made wrong mistake and no one followed next day to check us, as a one of the best hotel in the world, we received terribly the worst service.
