Capella Bangkok

This was my first time indulging in an afternoon tea at Capella Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience. I was warmly assisted by a staff member named Fah throughout my visit. From the very beginning, she made me feel welcome, offering to carry my laptop to the table and attentively checking in to ensure that my friend and I had everything we needed. Her service was thoughtful and professional, and she carried herself with such grace, always well-groomed and presentable. Apart from the excellent service, the afternoon tea itself was amazing. The desserts were delightful, with a wonderful variety of sweets to enjoy, and the tea selection was equally impressive, offering the perfect complement to the experience. I will definitely return again. :)

The suite was beautifully designed with stunning views of the Chao Phraya River, offering both comfort and serenity. Dining was an absolute highlight — every meal was exquisite, showcasing the perfect balance of flavour, creativity, and presentation. What really sets Capella apart is the service. The staff made us feel not just welcomed but genuinely cared for, creating a sense of ease and celebration throughout our stay. It was clear that every interaction was sincere, making the experience feel effortless yet extraordinary. Capella Bangkok gave us memories we’ll cherish forever. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a luxury stay that combines elegance, comfort, and truly world-class service.

Bangkok is a noisy, dirty, busy city with terrible traffic fumes and a constant bustle. The Capella Hotel is a haven of tranquility beautifully situated on the main river. The accommodation and the service is truly first class. It is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in after 50 years of business and leisure travel.

I had a free morning during my trip and managed to grab a last-minute reservation—luckily, they were able to fit me in! I enjoyed afternoon tea in the lounge, and both the food and tea were absolutely delightful. What made it extra special was the service—Fah, BT, Eye, and Bam all greeted me with the sweetest smiles, taking such thoughtful care of everything. It truly lived up to Capella’s wonderful reputation :) If I ever return to Bangkok, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much—I had such a lovely time!
