Before coming I had my doubts as I am an Aman junkie but I must say this experience was just as good or even better than many of my Aman stays. Everything from A to Z is perfect. The staff is incredible and the most attentive I have ever experienced. I’m definitely coming back! Well done Capella Bangkok!

Dear Cappella Tea Lounge! I'm so grateful for the service from Ms. Vam, Ms. Bamb, and Ms. BT. They all provided excellent, high-quality service at the English Tea Lounge. I was truly impressed by their performance; every little step in serving the tea set was gentle and graceful. Especially, I appreciate that the tea lounge can accommodate vegetarians with a special tweak to the tea set. Afternoon Tea Experience Review
This was my first time indulging in an afternoon tea at Capella Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience. I was warmly assisted by a staff member named Fah throughout my visit. From the very beginning, she made me feel welcome, offering to carry my laptop to the table and attentively checking in to ensure that my friend and I had everything we needed. Her service was thoughtful and professional, and she carried herself with such grace, always well-groomed and presentable. Apart from the excellent service, the afternoon tea itself was amazing. The desserts were delightful, with a wonderful variety of sweets to enjoy, and the tea selection was equally impressive, offering the perfect complement to the experience. I will definitely return again. :)
