About the Hotel
Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao is an integrated part of Central Plaza, one of northern Bangkok’s largest shopping and entertainment complexes. That means dozens of dining experiences are on your doorstep, along with behemoth department stores and a mix of local goods sold at the enormous Sunday market in neighboring Chatuchak Park. A great base.
We're using Centara as a base for out Thailand trip. We were offered an upgrade to Club room, take it if offered! The room was excellent with great views and amenities and was cleaned daily. The reception and club lounge staff couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast was OK. Lots of variety providing you like the choices, still plenty to eat and the coffee is very good. We're looking forward to our second stop later in the month.

Comfortable Stay but Service Need Improvement
This property itself is well-maintained, clean, and offers comfortable rooms and suitable. However, the room service could be more attentive and consistent to match the standards expected from a reputed hotel. Additionally, telephone not working in room need to improve. For Indian travelers, the location may not be very convenient as there are no nearby Indian restaurants, and the area lacks the lively atmosphere of central market districts. Overall, it is a decent hotel with good infrastructure, but with improved service quality and better upkeep of facilities, it has the potential to deliver a much more satisfying guest experience.

Delicious authentic Thai food with friendly service.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Suan Bua. The Thai food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted fresh and well balanced. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a meal. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always smiling, which made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy traditional Thai cuisine.
