Warm Hospitality, Great Service & Delicious Food – A Memorable Stay!
Had a fantastic stay at Conrad Bangkok! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable — the bellhop was proactive with my luggage, and I received a warm welcome with a refreshing drink during check-in (much appreciated after the heat outside!). The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the staff gave a quick intro to the room’s features which was a nice touch. Special thanks to Sansanee Wattananupong at the concierge — she was incredibly helpful, always cheerful, and made great dine-in recommendations. I especially enjoyed the Pad Thai and Massaman Beef Curry — both flavorful and served in generous portions. Though the hotel is a short distance from the Skytrain, the frequent shuttle made it very convenient, and the bellhops were always ready to help, even volunteering shuttle timings without being asked. Overall, an excellent and relaxing experience. Would happily return!

Great Executive Lounge Experience
My family had a remarkable experience because of the executive lounge staffs, including Gift, Mihwa, Donut, Fong, PJ, Kate, Pae, Pla, Ziggy, April, Rose, Gigi, Nina, Tew, and Fern. They repeatedly greeted us, especially my children, with the warmest welcomes, and they diligently care for our every needs during our stay. We are definitely returning to Conrad Bangkok soon!

Had an amazing experience from the moment I arrived. Simsion, Vivan, and Chuckiat were incredible and made my birthday even more memorable. I enjoyed an unforgettable massage — the spa is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. We also had a delicious Chinese dinner, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Highly recommend the duck — it was a standout! Truly grateful for how special they made my birthday feel.

Amazing overall and wonderful spa
I had an amazing time at Conrad Bangkok. Spacious and luxurious accommodations in addition to access to the Executive Lounge if you’re a Hilton Diamond member. The spa was amazing! Ae was my massage therapist and she was excellent! I got 2 massages during my 3 night stay and Ae was my therapist both times. I would highly recommend her as she is highly skilled.
