Conrad Bangkok

Excellent stay at Conrad. Close to BTS station and many restaurants and malls. There's a free shuttle bus every 15 minutes provided by Conrad Hotel that drops you off at the BTS station. It has one of the best swimming pools in central Bangkok. It gave a resort like feel and has pickle-ball and tennis court in the property. Conrad also some interesting weekly activities such as free work-out classes, pickle-ball classes, and other fun activities. Breakfast, Gym and Spa is decent. Many thanks and appreciation to several hotel staff members especially Khun Yuwarat (Boss), Front desk manager; Daisy, Guest relations manager; Sim Sim, Breakfast restaurant trainee staff; and Tony and Bryan, Housekeeping staff for making my stay enjoyable and smooth. But Conrad is not without its faults. There were some negative incidents which was not something I would experience in other 5-star hotels but they were professionally and swiftly resolved after I reported the problem to the managers. Pillow menu could be improved. I would totally recommend Conrad hotel to anyone interested in staying in Bangkok and would definitely return back in the near future.

Had a wonderful massage at Conrad SPA with Ae. I felt refresh and love that she gave me the hot pack for my neck while having the warm ginger tea. Very thoughtful.

I rarely write reviews because I don't have time, but in this case I want to mention the wonderful experience it was to stay at the Conrad Bangkok, and enjoy the executive lounge, where the food and service were always excellent. Everything about this hotel is luxurious, clean, and spacious, and the staff were all helpful, warm, and polite. I especially want to emphasize the staff in the executive lounge: Mihwa, Gift, PJ, April, Cha, Ziggy, Tewly, Gigi, and Kaitlyn - Thank you! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From changing international tickets with a difficult airline, staying late in the lounge for video meetings, helping us buy movie tickets, making sure we had what we needed when we were not feeling well, to always greeting us with a smile. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

Oh my...After being at the Conrad Bangkok- even after 25 years of global travel- now I know what a luxury five star hotel is supposed to be. We joined the Executive Lounge option- and these people genuinely took care of us. We arrived exhausted after an intense meeting, and I was carrying some type of sickness that got worse during our stay. This executive lounge team took care of us like family. We felt like we had a home away from home with all their tender care. They helped us change our flights to stay longer, made sure I had the right mild food delivered to our room, and helped us navigate any situation that arose. So we want to give a hearty shout out to Mihwa, Gift, PJ, and Kaitlyn who were the shining stars, and to April, Cha, Ziggy, Tewly, and Gigi. Thank you, delight bunch and thank you Conrad Bangkok Executive Lounge. We also want to note that this Executive Lounge expense was truly worth it- we didn't need to worry about food or drinks for our entire stay. Even though the hotel has many food options, this executive Lounge provided substantial food options- it was certainly not the typical lounge experience. Some examples: dim sum options for breakfast, taco bar during cocktail hour- one night even Peking duck! Simply wonderful

My husband and I are here for his birthday and his sister came with us this trip. We decided to stay at the Conrad this time around as opposed to our regular hotel we always book. I have to say this hotel was an amazing choice. From the service, to the accessibility, and the beautiful rooms and view, I can say that hotel is one of the best I have stayed at and we have been coming here for a decade plus. A very specials shoutout goes to Prikwan who’s part of the concierge team. I asked her a few days ago if it was possible to decorate the room for my husband’s birthday. Not only did she show me all the options possible, she made it happen without him knowing, and took care of every detail. In fact, she even sought me out as the picture I had emailed to her for the card didn’t come through, she found me in the lounge so I could air drop it to her, so it made it inside the card. To say she went above and beyond is understatement and she truly helped make my husband’s birthday extremely special with the little surprises throughout the day. Thank you Prikwan, your attention to detail is amazing and my husband really appreciated everything! This hotel is amazing and that is also in major part to the staff that works here!
