Paradise. Perfect in every way
This was the second stop on a tour across Asia. Having come from a nice experience at the Hilton in KL, I was expecting at least the same if not I may be a bit better from the Conrad. Wow, this hotel is absolutely incredible. The location is brilliant and convenient with lots to do around. The hotel itself is beautiful from the moment you walk in. The staff have been so helpful and so pleasant to deal with on a day-to-day basis. We had one minor issue during our stay which the hotel staff dealt with very quickly and in a very appropriate way. I am a diamond member and as a result got an amazing upgrade on my room to a wonderful premium room which was much larger than what I had booked. I also got access to the executive lounge which had fabulous canapés for two hours and then amazing drinks and further food every evening as well where we stopped by before going out on every occasion. I visited the spa for a massage a few times and again the staff were brilliant. The massages were very good and the entire experience in the spa was very relaxing. Personally, I also think the spa was very reasonable value for a five star hotel. The gym is probably the best hotel gym I have experienced in recent years and I have travelled across many hotels in my time. It has plenty of machines for cardio but also lots of weights and weighted machines as well to use. The outdoor pool and whirlpool were also very enjoyable, the pool is large and therefore not crowded, and it was just a wonderful experience. Finally, I did have a drink and a sandwich in the diplomat bar downstairs again very good food and good service. The final piece I would add is the breakfast which is out of this world. The extent of different proteins different vegetables different fats for someone like me that is very focused on a nutrient dense diet and eating good healthy clean foods, especially after training in the morning, the breakfast was just heaven. So as I now leave Bangkok sat in the airport lounge waiting for my flight to my next stop in Vietnam, I want to say a huge thank you to all of the staff at the hotel who made it such a pleasant and wonderful stay.I already am thinking about when I can come back to experience all of it again. A few people I would call out Mr. Boss who is the boss at the front desk. The staff in the executive lounge were also brilliant and I can’t remember all of their names, unfortunately. Ayelyn and film who are also at the front desk working with boss were brilliant as well thank you team and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Great experience in a room with lounge access. An oasis of calm in busy Bangkok. Great food and drinks in the lounge. An excellent spa experience using my Amex platinum credit. Lovely pool and service throughout the hotel was good.

Premium Hotel with warm and efficient staff
Truly a premium hotel. Breakfast is great, mustn't miss. Staff super friendly and warm, makes you feel so well taken care of. Special mention goes out to Khun Vivian for taking care of us so well, alongside Game and Man, but everyone there is really so efficient and friendly. Look forward to being back !

This is my 4th time here at Conrad Bangkok and the deluxe room stayed this time is a more classic design but still comfortable. There are more than enough outlets with USB-A receptacles. In the bathroom, the shower has good pressure but no Japanese toilet like the premium rooms. As Gold member, there is now a voucher for a set of canapes and a drink - this is new. I’m not sure if this replaces the usual set up of snacks and mineral water in the room (since I’m celebrating my birthday there’s a really nice cake instead) but it is a welcomed change to elite recognition. Breakfast is good as usual with vast selections and efficient service. There are even ice-cream here! We also took one of the complimentary activities available which was Guasha with K.Ae and K.Yui hosting the session and they both really make sure that everyone is following along correctly and worked hard to accommodate guests. It was a really fun experience. Note: The only thing missing here is the Conrad Elephant - I hope they will still keep offering them it is something most Conrads have done away with and will make the property unique.
