An amazing experience!
I had an amazing experience staying at the Conrad, the spa is a highlight here along with the breakfast that’s complimentary! Yui was my massage therapist for all the spa sessions and I highly recommend her. She did such a wonderful job and made every massage feel so relaxing. I recommend the lavender aromatherapy massage. The hotel staff and management was also very responsive and helpful and made staying here so pleasant! Thank you for the experience!

I booked this hotel through Amex travel and was pleased to receive the breakfast benefit with a room upgrade. Great views from the 36th floor! Breakfast buffet was one of the BEST I've ever seen in Asia. Well worth the option. Staff is most gracious and accommodating. I never had to raise my hand for assistance. Someone was always there to help. If you can get access to the executive lounge, they have a fabulous drink section and several food bites to enjoy.

An exceptional hotel
The Conrad Bangkok is a beautiful luxury hotel with an excellent pool and Spa area, very good restaurants and beautiful rooms. As a Hilton Diamond member I had access to the Executive Lounge, which has a breathtaking view of Bangkok and serves an exceptionally delicious breakfast. The lounge staff is extremely helpful and attentive and I would like to especially thank Rose for her help and kindness.

Disappointing Experience for Diamond Members
I stayed at Conrad Bangkok as a Hilton Diamond member and was disappointed with the experience. Despite inquiring about upgrades twice (before arrival and at check-in) and seeing availability in higher room categories, no upgrade was offered. I wasn’t even assigned a renovated room - I got one of the older, unrenovated rooms instead. The front desk never mentioned the upgrade situation during check-in, and I only realized later that nothing was provided. They sent complimentary water to the room later but didn’t address the actual issue during my stay. As compensation, they offered a future upgrade ‘subject to availability’ - which is essentially just my existing Diamond benefit. This felt like the hotel doesn’t truly value elite status. Other aspects of the stay were fine, but the room assignment and lack of recognition for loyalty status left me frustrated.
