The most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in, and the pillows were amazing. It is a lengthy review, but these are the key-points. The rooms are fantastic, super clean and you will get a good nights rest. The staff are an asset in this hotel, they will go out of their way to ensure that your needs are met and that you are having a stress free holiday. If your budget stretches, treat yourself to the Executive Club Lounge. If you are details orientated, please read on. We had a minor issue whilst checking in, however this was very quickly resolved by “Boss” the Assistant Front Office Manager and we are very grateful for his kind assistance. From this point on, our holiday was like a dream, hassle free and we were sad to leave the Conrad Hotel. The rooms are very spacious with floor to ceiling windows and a panoramic view of the city. The rooms were sound proofed, so they were nice and quiet. The furniture was functional and our room had many seating options. The beds were the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in, in a hotel, with nice quality linens and you can choose what type of pillows you would like to sleep on from the pillow menu. Easy to operate block out and privacy blinds. Decent air-conditioning unit. The room was beautifully decorated, and the room contained useful features, not just the basics of a hotel room and I loved the little welcome elephant which was placed on the bed and the beautiful fresh plant made it feel like home. I was also pleasantly surprised that the Conrad also provided a turn down service, which I have not experienced in a five star hotel in the very long time. The bathroom was very clean, had a huge bath-tub, a choice of two shower heads and the strongest water pressure we have ever experienced in Bangkok. Generous supply of clean, fluffy towels and nice quality toiletries and a range of bathroom amenities, things that you can actually use and not just fillers. We booked the Executive Club Room, which gave us access to the lounge, we can highly recommend the lounge. Not only is the lounge a nice escape, but the happy hour provides a lovely range of beverages, including cocktails, nice food which varied each day. Generous options for tea, coffee, soft drinks and juices for during the day and the staff were extremely polite and attentive and the lounge was pleasant and had amazing views of the city. The pool was amazing, the staff did the best job of finding you a spot near the pool, there were plenty of sun loungers, it was nice to see the lush greenery near the pool, considering the hotel is surrounded by so many tall buildings. There was a hot whirlpool, a tranquil walking garden, a secure sectioned off kids play area, gym, tennis courts as well as two pickleball courts! The lobby was grand, the Diplomat Bar provided lovely cocktails and entertainment, and right next door in the complex is a supermarket, post office, some eating places, pharmacy, beauty salon, everything that you could possibly need. The hotel shuttle ran on a regular basis and dropped you off at the closest BTS station. I need to mention the breakfast. We had a choice to eat in the Executive Club Lounge, or at the main restaurant – Cafe@2, and we loved the synergy of the main restaurant, there was a tremendous variety of food to choose from, all delicious, with something to appease everyone’s palate, we were there for five days and we never got the opportunity to taste everything as there was so many different things to choose from, all fresh and delicious. The staff were very attentive and were on top of clearing plates immediately once you finished your meal, the coffee’s served to your table in a timely manner, the omelette station was well organised, where you did not need to mill around and wait for your omelette, it was cooked fresh and delivered to your table. Loved everything about this hotel. The Conrad exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing couples massage while waiting for our room to be ready since we arrived very early in the day, and it was the perfect way to pass the time. Kan and Tanya were wonderful, they knew all the right pressure points and applied the perfect amount of pressure. You also get to choose from a variety of scented oils, and the tea they offer at the spa is absolutely delicious. We were very happy with their service and left feeling completely relaxed.

I opted for the Thai herbal compress massage. Ae was very caring and thoughtful and I felt very relaxed after my session and well prepared for my long flight back.

Lovely stay. Super helpful staff. We had a great time during our week stay. They have free or paid classes, so my husband and I took the Gua Sha class, pickleball class, Thai tea making class, circuit training class. This is a kid friendly hotel so lots of children. We stayed on the 29th floor which allowed exec lounge access, which grants breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail hour (complimentary). The food and drink are sooo good. The gym is also quite nice, has all the equipment you need. Shoutout to One, Wariss, Perry at the spa facility for their hard work. The aromatherapy session was also amazing. Only thing to note: it’s very close to Soi 4 area, which we unfortunately walked through several times to reach our restaurant, so be aware if bringing your kids.
