Best hotel in Bangkok
Absolutely gorgeous property, amazing food, nice clean rooms, and the staff are all super friendly and very helpful. 10/10 would come back

Lazy and non-hospitality driven.
You have the very worst staffing at your pool. Particularly a man named Art, that seems to think its beyond his capability to find fresh towels for me or move an umbrella. He was acting as though I was a nuisance for asking a place to lay. He huffed and puffed and complained… yesterday he told me to wait in my room until a place by the pool was available. This was after a 23 hour flight from Los Angeles. Unbelievable. He should not be working in hospitality - at all.

Stylish, tranquil hotel in the heart of buzzing Bangkok
If you like to be in a centrally located high end spacious hotel this is the place to be. In the general area you have plenty of space to sit, drink a coffee or a great cocktail with different views. Outside there is a beautifully maintained pond and at the end of the hotel there is the pool overlooking the river. There is plenty of options to eat with both European options, as well as Asian. The rooms are modern, clean, well equiped with large windows with spectacular views. The gym is also well equiped with new machines. We didn't use the spa, so not sure about that, but it looked great. The breakfast was extensive in choice, very delicious, fresh fruit and juices, a range from Asian choices and international choice. Superb, one of the best breakfasts outfits that i have seen. The staff is very helpfull, alert and always smiling. Not much to fault, apart from maybe the quite high priced Cantonese restaurant that we found disappointing (separate review on this in another review). Overall a great recommend to stay, if i ever return to Bangkok, this is on my shortlist.

One of the best resorts!!
One the absolute best resorts (and we’ve been to 5 star places around the world)! The service was top notch and facilities were well-kept and beautiful. They offered complimentary activities every morning. We attended the coffee presentation where Rahil taught us the pour over method and enlighten us about the history of coffee in Thailand (Chang Mai area). Bangkok Social Club was lots of fun. The room with the view of the river was worth it- the lights from the boats at night was magical. Only high praises this resort!

Another top stay at Four Seasons
Remembering the high standards at Four Seasons Seoul, we decided to stay at Four Seasons Bangkok. On the second leg of our trip, we moved to the hotel. Very wowed by the design and decor of the spacious lobby. Especially love the flower arrangements of hydrangeas and giant orchids. Everything screams elegance in the hotel. We were upgraded to river view room, located on the 4th floor. Amazing view of the river and the pools. Too cold to swim at this time. Later discovered a lap pool at the fitness centre. Found the pillows provided too soft so requested for firmer one. Wishing there was bidet to warm up toilet seat. Loved the breakfast. Good spread. Found a corner where there were prepackaged snacks like cake loaf and cookies. Yummy. Had lunch at Yu Ting Yuan. Not bad. Because it was near closing time, we got the last order. Tried the signature massage which includes deep tissue. Pretty effective for tired muscles. Took round trip boat ride just to enjoy the night scenery of the river. Windy cool weather. Service is consistently good. Quality assured. Thumbs up again. Happy to find out Four Seasons Bangkok is no. 2 in World's 50 best hotels 2025.
