Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River
They deserve the title as 2nd best hotel in the world!
The Four Seasons Bangkok is undeniably beautiful. The property is sleek, the design is immaculate, and it carries that signature Four Seasons polish. However, I couldn’t shake the feeling that the overall vibe was a bit cold. While everything was efficient, the atmosphere felt somewhat sterile and lacked the warm, intuitive Thai hospitality I was expecting from a property of this caliber. It’s a gorgeous hotel, but it felt a little distant. That said, there were notable exceptions. First, the breakfast is absolutely world-class. The spread is incredible, the quality of ingredients is top-tier, and the live stations (especially the dim sum and the noodle soups) are not to be missed. It was a true highlight of the stay. Second, the Bangkok Social Club is absolutely worth the hype—and it's easy to see why it earns a spot on the list of the world's 50 best bars. The cocktail program is exceptional, and the atmosphere is so lively, with the space itself beautifully designed. It's the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time. If you're staying at the hotel or just visiting Bangkok, this bar alone is a compelling reason to come. Finally, I have to give a massive thank you to Khun Jack from the concierge team, who had extended warm engagement when I was bracing for a stressful ordeal while waiting for my taxi to the airport during morning rush hour. He was calm, proactive, and incredibly knowledgeable. His engagement was warm, personal, and exactly the kind of service you hope for at a luxury hotel.

A real treat full of delights at every turn
All I can say is it’s rare to beat the service and quality of a four seasons experience and Bangkok did not disappoint from the BKK social bar to the room amenities (including the set up and provision for dogs) to restaurant choices, the boat service, gym and the attentive staff.

Another superlative stay
I have just completed my second stay at this beautiful property. The design of all parts of the property are stunning, but it is the people that makes this one of the best hotels in the world. The staff are intuitive, helpful, but most importantly have personalities. I want to specifically mention Basz who went well out of his way to assist me with a complicated request to assist with a shipment of goods he arranged for me, done with a smile.

The Best Four Seasons Yet IMO
I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. The stunning property immediately caught my eye, and the friendly staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I loved the unique experiences offered, from savoring the delicious coffee in the lobby to exploring the impressive art museum and enjoying the exceptional restaurants. My son was especially delighted with the breakfast buffet, the fun kids' room, and the warm kindness of the staff toward him.
