Excellent luxury hotel, everything is perfect. Garden environment, city oasis, room is big , comfortable, modern Thai setting, polite, nice, friendly and helpful team. Wonderful Breakfast with well-set up coffee/tea bar, I love the latte which is the most tasty one that I drink than before. There are so many guests in a day, but a man in-charge (sorry that I forgot to get his name) will remember what's my favor coffee! Excellent is showed in Detail, Little is Much! The room have an ipad that you can direct communicate with the hotel to get what you want or give your order. BOSE Speakers that can connect to my iphone to have my dream music during sleep. Mini bar contains coffee machine, fresh milk, tea bags with different favor, dry lemon, Chinese tea, milk, honey, snack, fresh fruit....wine glass, Chinese tea set......all are here. Whole set high quality Toiletry is provided, you still can order extra, as mouth wash...... 3 level of lighting you can adjust depend what you need, whole set of tourist books.......it should be so relax and good even stay at the room. Can enjoy it so much, regret that I only stayed at the room so short time only for Sleep.....whole day working outside. As there is nothing outside the hotel which is located old town area. No shops around, but it still have 2 small massage shops. I try one although the environment and set up is quite simple, unexpected the massagist skill is extremely good, one hour Thai Massage released all my tired and painful during a stress work for a week. Surprising why this small shop can provide high level massage with low price! Spacious and simple Lobby design with fresh flower provide quiet & peaceful environment. non-stop taking picture everywhere to capture the beautiful moment. You don't want to miss anything here as calm, peaceful and relax surrounding me ! I can said it's totally prefect Hotel.....software as service which can be provided by train up staff, but the hardware set up is the foundation, the spacious & ultimate design is the basic for Four season hotel Bkk.

We booked this hotel for two nights at the end of a two week Thailand trip. Fantastic transfer service from the airport to the hotel with lovely welcome. We arrived a few hours before check in time but room was ready on arrival. Check in was done in room and was very efficient as well as informative. The hotel itself was booked to allow for some much needed downtime and didn’t disappoint. Room amenities and hotel facilities are plentiful. Great gym, pool and spa facilities. Poolside food and service both excellent. Unfortunately, Riva restaurant (breakfast) had no air conditioning when we first visited so before being seated asked if we could have breakfast elsewhere and were escorted to the lounge just off the main foyer. Would recommend to anyone looking to eat on a quieter atmosphere as we did on both occasions. BKK Social Club is worth a visit, great cocktails food and staff. Particular mention to Faan who was great!

After a long time, experienced a perfect hotel, beautifully designed and maintained with great food, amenities & service, will be back for sure

Stayed here for 2 nights in the middle of the week, as the first part of my trip. I arrived early and the room wasn't quite ready, so I left my luggage with them and went to lunch. When I came back from lunch, my room was ready and within a few minutes of me entering my room, the luggage was brought up. Efficient service so far. This hotel is by the river and designed as a tropical resort, with just 4 floors including the basement. My room faced the inner courtyard and the immediate sense was of tranquility upon entering the large and comfortable space. The ceiling is VERY high! More than 4.5 meters I think, and the bathroom is probably close to 3.5 meters... so the rain shower falling from that height is a nice feeling. Very spacious bathroom with a large, free-standing oval tub. Doors on 2 sides of the bathroom that can slide close for privacy or open for the flow of air and movement. There's a full bar available in the room with different liquor for cocktails or wine. Comfortable seating area with two tables, a chaise longue, a chair, and a sofa. Benches at the foot of the large bed are very helpful. Best part was the service. I had foolishly forgotten to bring my notebook computer on this trip, and called to hotel concierge to see if they can find me an external rental service. Instead the hotel IT department lent me one of their computers free of charge for the duration of my stay. That's just wonderful! Breakfast at Riva del Fiume is buffet-style but includes a good range, including single-portion pizzas topped with an 'onsen egg'. Dining on the outdoor terrace by the river while watching boats go by is just so relaxing... Fantastic experience. Would definitely love to come and stay again.
