We really enjoyed our holiday in Thailand! It had been a very long time since we last visited, and this trip was truly special. The hotel was wonderful — room 1901 was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was fantastic, with so many options it felt like browsing a supermarket! I want to thank everyone who made our stay memorable, especially Grape and Aim, who provided us with the incredible room, as well as the lovely concierge team: Oui, Ying, Ply, Noom, and Nueng. A special thanks to Tukky at breakfast, who always welcomed us with a warm, beautiful smile. We will definitely come back again!

We stayed for 4 days over Easter and would highly recommend this hotel. Location is great, service is 10/10, facilities are beautiful. We had a great time in Bangkok and can’t wait to return. We loved the rooftop bar/restaurant with excellent food and top quality service. The breakfasts are great too and honestly the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. We went to Hua Hin from Thailand and my daughter left her Crocs at the swimming pool (also well worth a visit) and the staff sent them to us by post. Small thing, but appreciated and done without any hassle. Thanks for looking after us so well.

I have to say this is an excellent hotel in many ways. It is immaculate and housekeeping is one of its strongest points. It is Unobtrusive, respectful and attention to detail one of the best ever encountered. The dining options are extensive and costs for a hotel in this category reasonable. The buffet on the 5th floor is a high quality product with excellent food choice and service. However to charge Thb 100++ for a scoop of ice cream at a buffet (given the overall cost) is stretching it and in my opinion mean and quite outrageous. Craft although very busy has good food and good service I was sceptical at first regarding the pet friendly nature of the hotel but need not have worried. It was a delightful experience and added to my enjoyment. Beautiful range of animals with very responsible owners. The pool area pleasant with friendly top notch service. It is a very, very busy hotel and its lobby area gets quite crowded and loud. It is hectic (especially weekends) and much of the seating areas are in my opinion designed for a visual rather than a comfort experience. For that reason (being a senior) it is not the most ideal place for people in my age category. The pool area however was a good escape for both comfort and service. I think much of the product is geared to an Asian market and the in house menu particularly breakfast confirms this. Not the greatest of options for a western customer. The choice to outsource your laundry to avoid crazy hotel charges is commendable. It is a reasonable cost and as good as any in-house laundry I’ve experienced in this category of hotel. I was disappointed by a request to concierge for assistance to book an AOT car back to the airport. I was told no can do but offered their service which was 4 times the cost. I politely declined having used them to the hotel. I always thought a good quality concierge was the assistance of a customer rather than a promotion of its own particular service. No problem to arrange myself but do take note it’s small things that brings a customer back. If in the senior category you like peace and quiet, lobby relaxation and don’t particularly care for animals this hotel is a No No. if however you like good service can go with the flow and not bothered by hectic busy lobbies go for it.

Thank you Gym trainers for constant private session that help my body even getting better. And Gym staffs are super nice and kind especiallu Ms. Pana , Fuji and gym team. They are all super helpful and kind. Highly recommend people who looking to have an exclusive training session.

My friends recommend me to stay there, so we went there with very high price ( It was like Park Hyatt, Kempinski Price ) more expensive than Intercontinental IHG highest.. So we expect a bit more than another hotel but it was totally nothing special. Our room was not high floor or garden view usually u can see from Instagram. ( Even our room is dog friendly floor we did not have any dog) And we did not have special amenity like i saw in another people have. ( small fruits only this we have ) Roof Top Bar Female staff she is so rude also, we did not enjoy at all. ( Green dress staff ) It was SO..SO experience.
