Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok

I decided to give this hotel a go after hearing many good things about it and it definitely lived up to its name. Tina was really helpful and friendly to me during my stay. Can’t wait to come back during my next trip to Bangkok!

One of the best hotels in Bangkok with the "white lotus vibe". So much greens on the ground make you forget you are in the middle of busy Bangkok. There is complementry wine and sack at roof-top bar from 5-6 pm, and the view is stunning. check-in process is seamless with service manager Loic Herel. Originally booked King essential room 48 sqm, but got upgraded to very beautiful Grand Premium room with 83 sqm. Loved the room so much and ended up staying one more night. Breakfast is 800 bath if pre booked and selection is massive. can't wait to visit again soon.

Our family was blown away by the incredible hospitality shown to us at the Kimpton Bangkok. It was our first time in Bangkok, and we reached out to the hotel beforehand to let them know about our daughter’s Celiac disease and that my daughter and I would be celebrating our birthdays during our stay. We used the hotel’s airport transfer service which was seamless. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel manager, Mr Duvoisin, and we were taken to our beautiful hotel room for check-in. Much to our delight, the room had been decorated for our birthdays with banners, balloons, and treats. There was even a gluten-free birthday cake! The staff generously upgraded our room, which was immaculately clean, spacious, modern, and had beautiful city views. Every meal we had at the hotel was incredible- and there were plenty of gluten-free options for my daughter. We swam in the pool everyday. We also visited the spa, where we were treated with flowers and a song for our birthdays. I must call special attention to Grape, who made our stay absolutely incredible. She was so kind and welcoming, always made sure our daughter had gluten free snacks, took time to chat whenever she saw us, and made us amazing handmade birthday cards. My daughter was so taken with her, she made her a card before we left. We will always remember her kindness when we think about our stay. We are quite frequent travelers, and have stayed in most flagship properties across the US, Europe, and Asia - and honestly, we can’t remember an experience that stood out with as much warmth and sincerity as was provided by the Kimpton staff at this beautiful hotel. Thank you for the many memories, we can’t wait to return!

A truly wonderful stay at a exceptional Hotel. We stayed at several better 5* Hotels in Bangkok, but this one truly stands out to us. We stayed at a suite and enjoyed the views, the modern style and the warm hospitality. Cyn really stood out and made us feel „at home“ easily. Also from the welcome team, restaurants and also house keeping, everyone was wonderful, welcoming and warm. Thank you

This newer hotel is well located with shopping and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The gym is well equipped and quite nice. All of the restaurants in the hotel are excellent. The cafe in the lobby is especially convenient offering a variety of delicious options. It is a popular hotel so it can get a bit busy and a bit crowded at times. Note: This hotel caters to guest with animals. The public areas, including eating areas are swarming with dogs of various sizes and a few cats. The results of this animal population are obvious. If you have allergies or concerns of hygiene, this hotel might not be a good fit.
