Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok

Our stay in Kempten was wonderful from start to finish. We received a warm welcome from our personal assistant, Tina. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and all the technology worked perfectly. Small details, such as the books on a wide variety of topics in the room, created a homely atmosphere. The gym was nicely furnished, and the on-site trainers were excellent. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best I have ever had in a five-star hotel. We would like to thank the team once again, especially Tina, for their service.

Kimpton Bangkok simply had no negatives. Arriving after a looooong flight, heavy airport delays, compulsory bad traffic, the Kimpton was a welcome refuge. Set in a park like surroundings, Bangkok is a teeming sprawling city so it’s hard to get your bearings but for us location was great. We had a room on 39th floor which offered a very nice view. There was some noise from the excellent rooftop bar on the 40th floor but we soon forgot about that. Ground floor area has at least two restaurants, another excellent one (also breakfast room) on fifth floor. Umbrella for bad weather no problem, helpful and attentive staff. For our short stay we took advantage of quite a lot of facilities and all were good. Tourist desk staff booked a tour for us and the guide and van showed up bang on time. We ate with clients at one of the restaurants and had breakfast in another - rarely will you see the spread laid on for breakfast. Rooftop bar was good, lobby restaurant cafe was good. Staff good. Cover Dance class with Fuji at the extraordinarily luxurious Kimpton Maa-Lai Hotel was a treat! So much fun and a good workout to dance for an hour with Fuji's curated dance moves.

Our time at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok was unforgettable, thanks to the hotel's first-class service that exceeded all expectations. A huge shoutout to Aood at the front desk, his radiant smile lit up the lobby and made us feel instantly welcome. His attentive, thoughtful approach and super-efficient handling turned check-in into a breeze, no waits or hassles at all. It really boosted our entire stay! From the lush green oasis vibe to the seamless hospitality, everything was spot-on. We'll definitely be back next time we visit— this place is a must-stay! Highly recommend anyone looking for warmth and professionalism.
