I was here same time last year and recognised a few faces! Joe who is always ready to greet you by the entrance and is ever so helpful for transport and luggage and the receptionist named Film. Great location, amazing service and great value for your money.

Excellent staff, awesome ambience and pool, very clean and well maintained. We bought the massage package as well which was great. I have forgotten the concierge staff name but she was excellent and guided us well. Only downside is the location.

I loved everything about this hotel: Extremely professional staff, excellent service, very smooth check-in and checkout, very nice room with extra comfortable bed, nice pool, excellent room service breakfast! Very centrally located hotel. Easy to move a round using taxi (uber, bolt) , metro (MRT), Airport rail link! Thank you very much for the whole staff!

Only stayed one night, from check in to check out it was amazing service. Staff where attentive and couldn't do enough for us. Had a drink in the bar and a lovely band was playing and again the staff where lovely looking after us. Room was a little I need of a reverb but was fine non the less. The whole hotel was great Inc the buffet breakfast the next morning. Checked out and took our bags for the day and even have shower facilities for when we return to freshen up before our flight. Only moan would be location, it's a bit out and taxis done like picking up at hotel. But there's a sky train a short walk from the hotel if you don't mind walking 5 mins to jump on that.

Brilliant Staff Amazing Management The hotel is gorgeous apart from pool area !!!! This is our second visit since 2023 and pool area really needs a serious update - Dirty cushions that need to be thrown out , beige deck chair bed cushions which need update ( why would you use a colour fabric that shows greasy oil marks and overhaul grubbiness ) perhaps a Navy Blue fabric would be better all the wooden seat benches need repainting , spa broken with a huge blue tarpaulin over it it is a very small pool area - no excuse to not have it looking 100 percent
