Frequently stay at this hotel for business. Wonderful staff and incredibly friendly. I have platinum elite status so I’m used to accommodations but this hotel, especially the executive lounge, goes out of their way.

This is a nice moment staying with this hotel. The facilities and rooms looked rather modern. The reception and the lounge service were just fantastic, Especially the staff in the lounge, Jommy ‘s service in the lounge were impressive, suggesting suitable drinks and making sure all empty plate on table clear instantaneously.

All staff members are friendly and make a genuine effort to accommodate guest requests. They consistently take detailed precautions to address potential fire or earthquake threats. Although many of the club lounge staff changed earlier this year, they are also highly professional and kind.
