Staff That Truly Brighten Your Stay
I had a wonderful experience with the warm hospitality from the ground staff. Everyone seemed genuinely happy and passed that happiness on to the guests. I was especially impressed by Mr. Jommy in the Executive Lounge — his passion and genuine smile truly stood out and made my stay memorable. The only shortfall? I didn’t receive a suite upgrade — hahahaha 😄 But overall, the service and warmth of the team more than made up for it.
