The best service
Extremely good service, every detail the team can take care. The room was clean and tidy, lots of space to enjoy the trip. The view from the belcony was great also. Breakfast was one of the best in my life.

Impeccable riverside stay for my birthday month
We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room with a beautiful Chao Phraya River and ICONSIAM view. The staff were excellent throughout. Our room felt truly luxurious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Food was outstanding, and I was touched by the birthday-month surprise cake delivered to our room. The breakfast buffet was a standout—so many high-quality options. An unforgettable stay; can’t wait to return.

A Memorable Stay!
Exceptional service from the moment we arrived, greeted at our car, the concierge team moving so seamlessly with our luggage and navigating us to the team in the lobby to complete check in. We didn't see our luggage again until we were well settled in our room. The sensational grand room, impeccable set-up and private butler service from Pitek 10/10! From catching the shuttle boat to dining to coffee in the lobby, the warm smiles, hello, good morning, good evening, have a nice day from every staff makes this experience one of the most memorable stays.
