We have a pleasant stay in Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok and would like to thank to Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Reservations and Spa team their effort and providing great service. Specially thank to butler Ran and Hello.MO team. Upon we were stuck in the traffic and will be late for our massage reservation, Hello.MO team amend the reservation time directly for us, it's really over our expected and really thank for their service. Mr. Ran always greet us with his warm smily face and care about our stay, treat us like family. Will definitely come back again and recommend our friends and family to here!

One of the best stay i have experienced. The room is amazing and All the staff really goes above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience, starting from the pre arrival emails with Ms. Pichamon and Mr. Thanapat, a smooth check in process with Theo, the concierge team who warmly welcomed ud and assisted with our luggages, and i had a really wonderful breakfast thanks to the team at the Verandah. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

The food, the service the pool and the views were amazing. I would recommend staying here whenever you are in Bangkok. Our Butler, Jake, deserves a “shout out”. He was always on top of all of our needs, before we knew we needed them. The location is perfect to see the entire city. Also, take the boat to the yoga class!!

As usual, MO BKK is always giving 200% effort to make my stay perfect. Butler *Chang at 5th floor had been taking care of me and my friends for 9 days just like his family member. I can always leave the hotel without any worries as I can trust that Chang and the team will take care of the cleanliness of the room, my laundry and my special request-extra water! The breakfast crew too, as we have special dietary, the staff at the breakfast restaurant did observe our preferences during the first 2 days. Everytime after seated by the friendly staff, our special meals and drinks will be served. Thank you MO BKK team, you guys are always the best, I start to miss you now.
