Park Hyatt Bangkok

My initial disappointment of not being able to check in even though I arrived after 3pm was quickly overturned with the responsive and empathetic service recovery provided by the front desk staff. Since my booking did not include breakfast, they decided to comp my stay with breakfast for the entire duration of the stay to make up for the inconvenience and disappointment. Initially i was not keen as I had a whole list of Bangkok Street Food drawn up throughout my stay to explore. I ended every morning enjoying the breakfast together with my mum. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfast I have had and I have had many across the world. Love the room with a twin bed setting and the separate toilet and shower areas. Love the nook where the wardrobe is. Really in love with the layout, the view and the brightness of both the bathroom and room itself. I have always enjoy the tranquility of shopping in Central Embassy compared to other crowded malls in Bangkok and the beauty of this Park Hyatt is the direct lift access to Central Embassy Mall. Will definitely consider staying again when I am up for that indulgence. Love the hospitality at its best exemplified by all the staff from the front desk, all service staff and to the cleaners.

Park Hyatt Bangkok is always my home away from home. Been staying here every time I come to BKK for the past 3 years and I must say services and staff are getting better and better (some complaints I have made before have been catered for and some of my choices have been recorded and delivered). Location is superb, with the mall below able to deliver everything you want, from great restaurants, cinema and spa facilities. Breakfast is also very great. If I have to pinpoint areas for further improvement, it will have to be the swimming pool attendants. More often than once, the boys were chatting among themselves and not offering a helpful hand with towels and setting up the pool bed.

I went in a hotel, which wasn’t a normal hotel. I enjoyed every time I spent in it, it was quick stay but made me enjoy my full trip because of it. Amazing staff, room service and ambiance, Proactive staff, quick check in and out, Definitely will stay again in it

Family of three (adult child) were stopping off in Bangkok to stay a few days in the modern luxury of the Park Hyatt to celebrate our 50th birthdays. (This was a treat for us due to the relatively high rates; we are not luxury hotel snobs). The hotel was impeccably clean, with beautiful art and interiors, quiet and remarkably peaceful, especially considering the busyness of Bangkok! The staff were warm and genuinely caring, which balanced their professionalism (or else it can feel like you are dealing with robots)! Your stay here positions you above a luxury mall (. . . which is attached to another luxury mall. . . ) so if the weather doesn’t cooperate during your stay - there is always alternatives. Attached to the public transport system, too, which is brilliant because Bangkok’s traffic is no joke! Brilliant stay!

We stayed at the Park Hyatt in June and it was delightful. The location was perfect for getting around the city. We loved that the hotel was attached to Central Embassy mall. Our housekeeper was so wonderful, keeping our room spotless and making us feel so welcome. The entire staff was attentive and responsive and so kind. The hotel itself is beautifully modern in design but very comfortable. In particular, the pool overlooking the city was such a pleasure to swim in. Highly recommend!
