Park Hyatt Bangkok

Great location, love the amenities in the hotel. Hotel staff made the stay much more enjoyable. Overall just a great experience every time I return back to Park Hyatt.

The Park Hyatt Bangkok team served up another outstanding experience. My family and I had a fabulous celebration at the property which has once again cemented the PH BKK’s reputation as a paradise for grown-ups that is also extremely friendly for families with young children. We had a few pre-arrival hiccups with our reservation (all due to my careless fat fingers) and the team took care of them with no-fuss efficiency. Our arrival and check-in was executed in the same fashion, this time peppered with warm hospitality by Billy at the front desk who explained that the team had somehow found the only pair of suites in the hotel that were directly across from each other, allowing my family to have easy access to each other’s rooms throughout our stay. We were able to enjoy the La Marina restaurant on two occasions this time: once for dinner and another for lunch (by the pool!). A special shout-out to the charming Jack who provided impeccable service during our dinner with visiting friends. Despite our unorthodox ordering (with no regard to course order), he was extremely obliging and accommodated all our requests with cheerful efficiency. Breakfast at the Embassy Room was the perfect way to start our day. The hotel was very obviously busy and running a full house, but the team was never flustered and always managed to deliver our orders accurately and in a timely fashion. The aptly named Khun Best was the absolute best! She held court at the reception desk and directed traffic calmly and effectively, and on top of that was always able to accommodate special requests. The food was as good as we had remembered it to be – except now supplemented by a wellness menu which offered tasty and healthy options. Finally we enjoyed a spa experience at the Panpuri Spa which was heavenly as always. The therapists are second to none: mine (Khun Kung) was able to detect and fix a strained shoulder without my prompting! The Panpuri products are wonderful and the fact that they are sourced and crafted locally is an added bonus. The wonderful people in your team are too numerous to name individually but suffice to say they make up the incredible soul of your property. Everyone from the doormen who welcomed us when we arrived and sent us off when we departed, to the guest experience team who worked behind the scenes (Maria was a constant cheerful presence around the hotel; we appreciated the delicious goodies left in our suites) showered us with genuine hospitality which made us sad to leave and eager for our next stay. Thank you once again for this great memory and I look forward to our next stay.

Breakfast at the hotel is outstanding 10/10. Without a doubt best food in Bangkok we had, Hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean. I highly recommend it.

Overall excellent choice of stay in Bangkok. PH is located in the same building with privileged direct access to Central Embassy which offers the PH guests a comfort stay with wonderful shopping experience. Customer services, variety of breakfast and an exclusive Spa treatment make it a very attractive spot for tourists looking for a relaxed stay

Stayed here for two nights, location of the hotel is great, just above Central Embassy mall. Got upgraded into deluxe room, but sadly on low 15th floor, so views were just so so. Room itself was immaculate, very comfy, especially bed quality was great. Breakfast was good, high quality items and friendly service. Also had dinner in Living Room, which was tasty. Also went to the gym, which is temporarily on 31st floor, and while not full size at the moment, it got the job done.
