Beautiful room and hotel facilities. The restaurants are also very impressive; beyond my expectations! Especially the tea set; a must!

Fantastic stay. Service was top notch. Friendly and welcoming staff everywhere. Hotel recognized globalist benefits with a suit upgrade. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the pool - no issues ever getting sun beds. Provided birthday gift of macaroons for my wife. Only area of improvement would be that the gym could perhaps be a few degrees cooler Overall - exactly how a Park Hyatt should be.

I returned back to Park Hyatt Bangkok and everything was as good as it always had been previously. Love the service, attention to detail and their description of a “tranquil oasis”. Breakfast and room service are so good and the design of my suite and hotel overall are so beautiful. Definitely a must if you are staying in Bangkok!

The complex is a very modern design with silver cladding covering the exterior of the building. The location is close to a skytrain and makes it easily accessible. Make sure your driver knows the location as the entrance on Wireless Road will be much faster compared to if the driver tries to access it via the mall entrance. This can be 20-30 minutes addition to your journey to the hotel from the airport. The hotel sports a sleek elegant design and the rooms are mostly well designed. It was rather disappointing the bathroom execution
