Service, service, service
My stay at Peninsula Bangkok was exceptional. It all comes down to service. Here, it’s unparalleled. The Peninsula is certainly a luxury experience designed for those who appreciate privacy, style, and city as well as river views. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival into Bangkok Airport with a driver and BMW M750 li. He was professional, courteous and prompt. Our stay included two days of concierge recommended excursion to the floating market, railway market and a dinner at Mazzaro. We also toured the Grand Palace, ate a quick lunch at The Deck, and took one of the riverboats on our return to the hotel. Breakfast overlooked the river, grounds were immaculate, but the service was the reoccurring factor that amazed my husband and I. Everywhere we turned, someone was there to assist in any way! Leaving the hotel, we were whisked away in the same BMW, greeted at the airport by a Peninsula ambassador who walked us to check in and to checkpoint/security. He wouldn’t let us out of his sight! Hands down an outstanding hotel!

Our stay at Bangkok’s Peninsula hotel was fabulous! The hotel staff were overly gracious and made it extra special.
We spent 4 nights at The Peninsula Bangkok and it was probably the most enjoyable stay we ever experienced in South East Asia. Everything from check-in, to the limo drop off at the airport on our way to Chiang Mai, was an A+ perfection. The 1-bedroom corner suite overlooking the Chao Phraya was spacious, nicely decorated, with stunning views! The breakfast selection (and service) was something to look forward to every morning. The ferry service to the skytrain, Icon Siam, and across the river is very convenient and makes exploring the area easy. We cannot express enough praise to the team for making our visit to Bangkok this time around very memorable. We can’t wait to return soon!

One of the signature hotel in Bangkok. Classy and luxury with river view. Complimentary ferry shuttle to/ from ICON SIAM, will definitely stay here again if I have sufficient budget.

One night in Bangkok
Wish we had stayed much longer. Wonderful, classic hotel. Staff all fantastic - front desk, pool, boat, breakfast, bar and housekeeping. Varied complementary daily activities many of which we would have got involved with if we had stayed longer. Stunning pool which was very quiet first thing in the morning - perfect! Traditionally decorated room facing the river and skyline was large and well equipped. It was my husband’s birthday the day we arrived and they’d left a lovely card, cake and fruit in our room which was much appreciated. Huge variety of quality products at breakfast. The hotel’s complementary boat service takes you to the shopping centre and across the water to the main boat station which was perfect for picking up the hop-on hop-off tourist boat. We loved Bangkok and this hotel and will be back for a longer stay next time.
