Everything about it was great. But I was disappointed at the check in experience. This is a special trip planned to celebrate my 50th birthday. We was offered to add a fee to upgrade but decided not to. We was early that day and return after 2pm to get our keys. Every guest was being received with flowers and guided to their room. Except for us. And our luggage was not even sent to the room until we called to check about it. The hotel, the staff are all Nice but such neglection should not happened. Overlooked and did not provide a fair treatment. We went into the lift ourselves for our first time stay and other guest has someone guided them. Just hope this don't happen again.

We have been here before marriage. Now we returned with my mother in law and 5 year old daughter. We were given two rooms that include one upgraded suite with two toilets and a bed for kid. Breakfast and dinner buffet are remarkable with staff cutting Thai mango every 10 minutes! The environment is awesome with lily on the wall and flowers all over the place. The outdoor HEATED pool next to Chao Phraya with a 24 hr indoor gym and jacuzzi are just so friendly to kids and elderly. Room service we ordered are spectacular. All staff are friendly and helpful. I went to gym and then jacuzzi every morning before breakfast and the staff there are so friendly that will teach me how to use the equipment. The spa we enjoyed is great too. We got different fresh fruits everyday. And most importantly it’s convenient to Iconsiam mall and the pier just next to the dining area will bring us to a BTS station that we managed to go to spa and cooking class in the city easily. What a relaxing vacation in a superb city!

You are treated like royalty from the arrival to the departure. Every need is taken care of with a smile. Seeing the boats floating down the river or watching the tv while bathing puts you at ease. I've visited 5-star hotels in over thirty countries, and I would put Peninsula at the very top.

A very comfortable place to stay with breathtaking views of the river. I really enjoyed staying here. It was very relaxing and comfortable with everything you need. I enjoyed it so much here, I decided to return and stay again. The staff were professional and helpful, and the hotel itself offers plenty of amenities and really nice views.

Wow what can I say but only positive things. The hotel is beautiful. The restaurants are delicious and elegant. The service is above and beyond. The little surprise treats every night in our room after turndown delicious!! The attention when you go out touring water bottles and wet cold face cloths wrapped up! Amazing! And the cherry on top of the cake. We took their transport at the hotel BMW 750. When we got to airport as soon as the driver parked Audi a well to do gentleman greeted us and took our luggage’s in charge came to do the checkin with us and helped us with the excess weight. Incredible talk about great service up to the end! Their shuttle boat and tuc tuc available to take you in the vicinity do convenient and hotel right next to gorgeous mall Iconsiam. Absolutely one of the best hotels!!
