I had a great time staying at Siam Kempinski Hotel. Connecting with Siam Paragon shopping center make easy access. Variety of breakfast menu and excellent service of staff like Han and William make me feel home sweet home. I decided to choose this hotel for my future trips.

We stayed already many times at this excellent hotel and had again an outstanding stay. Compliments to all the great and attentif staff for the excellent service and especially to the Team at the Executive Club Lounge. We will be back for sure and strongly recommend this great hotel in Bangkok.

We loved this hotel. We stayed in a garden room as a family of 4. The room was huge and came with lots of freebies like afternoon tea, cocktails, restocked main bar. We didn’t really use any except we once went to the executive lounge for afternoon tea after spending the day at chatuchak and were all hungry. We arrived looking hot and sweaty and wearing flip flops. Lots of staff kept confirming we were staying in a suite as we looked like a family of beggars. Once we arrived in the lounge things could not have been more different. They made us special sandwiches as we are all vegetarian and said that we should let them know when we will be back so they can make special food for us. We didn’t to back as we were so busy in the city having fun but would have loved to as it was such a nice experience. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and great service although it was very busy. The pools are lovely and I really enjoyed splashing around. The only problem we had was during Songkran. Lots of people and children were splashing water and shooting water pistols as it was a big celebration. Apparently somebody in one of the swim up rooms complained about the noise (at 4pm in the afternoon). The security guard took it upon himself to speak quite sharply to our children who actually weren’t making much noise but didn’t do the same to the adults. I found it quite heavy handed and aggressive - I would have preferred that he spoke to me. When I told him I would prefer him to speak to me and not frighten my children he was also quite aggressive. My partner complained to the manger who didn’t seem to care and said that people using the pool should be quiet. I would agree with this had it not been 4pm, a public holiday and a water celebration and the people complaining could have shut their doors rather than expecting 40 people to be quiet as mice.

From the moment you step into the hotel till the day I departed, there was nothing negative to write about. The housekeeping staff are exceptionally good. Lady in Red as always, friendly. I will return to the Siam Kempinski and strongly recommend to my friends.
