Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit

The staff are great from the Concierge staff K.Tui and K. Tri, plus the rest of the staff who you meet when you arrive, need to go somewhere and they will help you. The rooms are good bed's make you sleep like a baby :) The cleaning staff do a fantastic job. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner staff are always helpful It's my home away from home

The Spa at the Sofitel is world-class. Luxuriously appointed and spotless clean. The service was brilliant - the massage by Noom was excellent and Bovie the manager was warm, welcoming and efficient. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for an excellent massage.

Very good service! Khun Khaow from the concierge was very pleasant and courteous. Helping w the bags, greeting us and marking us feel very welcome. Khun Piano and the others from the 31st floor gave us such a wonderful and great experience that we would definitely come back and stay w your property again!! 🙏🙏

I stayed with my family and we really enjoyed our stay the hotel . It is amazing the location near all the conveniences and the most wonderful malls . It is not far from our targetted attractions . The staff is very xonsiderate welcoming and hospitable . This shows the difference between trained and professional staff and untrained ones .
