From the moment we arrived, the entire team at Sofitel Bangkok made us feel truly welcomed and valued. We would like to sincerely thank the incredible staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable — especially Khaow, Pete, Natty, Kevin, Tui, Boy, Tony, Tow, Tum, Palm, and of course, Tee and Mira . There are many more whose names we unfortunately can’t remember, but each one of them played a special role in making our family feel at home. From answering our calls as early as 5:30 AM to making thoughtful adjustments to accommodate our needs, every detail was handled with professionalism, warmth, and care. Having traveled from China, we didn’t expect such a personal and genuinely heartwarming welcome. The level of attention and kindness exceeded anything we anticipated. What touched us the most was how much our son enjoyed the company of the staff. Not only were they extremely helpful, but they were also incredibly easygoing and kind, making our family’s celebration even more special. Fantastic hotel and in my view the best all round 5* hotel in Bangkok. Can I just give a big shout out to Pete, Khaow, Natty, Tum, Tow, Boy, Palm, Kevin, Tony and Tee, it’s the staff that make the hotel, and they certainly do here. Looking forward to my next stay in June.

Bel hôtel bien situé, avec des chambres agréables et confortables. Accueil chaleureux dès l’arrivée, le personnel est attentionné et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié. Une adresse fiable pour un séjour à Bangkok, je recommande !
