Great. Tony is exceptional! Staff is very helpfull One little thing, had to pay for a cold coffee roomservice, but did got a 10% discount for a coffee that I couldn’t drink. But other than that erverything was fine. Would come here again. Good location.

This was the beginning of our trip in Thailand and we loved this hotel . Grand foyer , excellent service , beautiful facilities , wonderful breakfast . The location next to the sky walk and terminal 21 was perfect . Highly recommended. The hotel has had a recent refurbishment and the rooms are beautiful and the pool and gym we equipped and maintained.

A fantastic stay at the lovely Sofitel Bangkok. In particular, the brilliant Club Millesime lounge and the incredible service delivered by both Nok and Macky. Whilst you are here, it is also worth a visit to Maison Muzuki, the Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. So nice!

The stay was superb, as always. Special thanks to the staff (and Tony) for making my stay at the hotel thoroughly enjoyable and wonderful. My preferred hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. I will come back and stay in this hotel again for sure. See you soon

From the moment I walked into Sofitel I felt comfortable. Staff were courteous, friendly, and very accomodating. Sadly, when I got to my room, l opened my suitcase and found jar of coffee I had in my suitcase had broken, I had coffee everywhere in my clothing. I tried to clean but was making a worse mess. I called hotel cleaning manager and they came straight to my room. Manager Tiw was amazing. She took my bag of soiled clothes, had tbem cleaned, and they were back to me that night. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at Sofitel for relieving my stress level and helping me when I needed help. Special mention to Tiw and Wamm’pa for being so kind, helpful, and supportive. Gotta say… Sofitel Sukhumvit, you are amazing.
