We stayed at the St. Regis Bangkok for two nights over a weekend in August. As frequent travelers who visit Bangkok at least once a year, we've stayed at many hotels in the city — and there are just so many great options to choose from! While this was our first time at the St. Regis Bangkok, we’re no strangers to the brand — we’ve enjoyed St. Regis properties in other cities and have always loved the experience. This time, we chose St. Regis Bangkok for one simple reason: Khun Paris. She used to work at Siam Kempinski, another hotel we adore, and had always helped us with reservations and airport transfers. She’s incredibly responsible, and you can always trust that anything she handles will be flawless. When we learned she had joined the team at St. Regis, it was a no-brainer — we had to give it a try. We booked our stay through Chase Edit. Upon arrival, the front desk team was warm, welcoming, and clearly explained all the program benefits — one of the best check-in experiences we've had. I asked if Khun Paris was around so we could say hello. She was genuinely surprised and happy to see us, and welcomed us with her usual exceptional hospitality. It felt like reconnecting with an old friend. She even upgraded us to a suite, which was far beyond what we expected — and deeply appreciated. The suite itself was impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally spacious — even by Bangkok standards. The view of the golf course was stunning, and we enjoyed it both in our room and during meals. We had the Epic Saturday Dinner — and the name says it all. The seafood tower, wagyu beef striploin and cheek, and lamb rack were all outstanding. The buffet selection was abundant, and everything was delicious. Breakfast was also excellent. We’ve had many great breakfast buffets in Bangkok (tough competition!), but this was definitely one of the best. There was a full à la carte menu alongside a large buffet with an open kitchen — a nice touch. Service was top-notch. Special thanks to Decha and Su for their attentive and warm hospitality. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try the spa or other facilities, as our schedule was packed with day trips to Khlong Lat Mayom and Amphawa Floating Market, followed by travel to other nearby cities. That said, we appreciated the ample and complimentary parking. Next time, we’ll be sure to bring the kids and plan a more relaxed schedule! Other highlights include the incredibly comfortable beds and latex pillows, and the thoughtful notes left by the Butler and Housekeeping teams — a special personal touch that made our stay even more memorable. Thank you again, St. Regis and team, for a truly wonderful stay!

The St. Regis Bangkok is truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The property itself is elegant and impressive, but what makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional service. A special thanks to Gio, our Butler, who provided us with outstanding attention and made our stay unforgettable. His professionalism and warm care were beyond expectations. Breakfast was another highlight of our experience. Ice and Linda made every morning so enjoyable with their kindness and excellent service – it was the perfect start to each day. Thank you, St. Regis Bangkok, for such a wonderful stay. I am already looking forward to returning soon!

Beautiful Hotel. Great Location! Great Service! From the doormen, to the Hotel Staff, it was all amazing Customer Service. We must commend the Hotel GM Michael Donato for his excellent customer service. He made us (& each of the other Hotel Guests) feel quite special. Greeting each one of us during Breakfast, and the delicious chocolates & the special Birthday Chocolate Cake! The wonderful Breakfast Buffet, the Dinner, etc. Everything has Great Quality. But the location! You can go on the second floor, its connected to the BTS! Very safe, Clean & Convenient! You don't even have to walk out on the street, especially if its too hot or rainy. One stop at the BTS and you're already in Siam Paragon, Siam Center, etc. So Easy!

As always ' Khun Mew who works at The Lougne is the best..She always smile and give you the best service everytime. She is the best asset for the hotel. She is,working there for long time, but her energy still shines and keeps going on. Recommend you to visit her and and try coffee and pastries there. Khun Mew..the best...

As a repeat customer, I cannot stress how great the hotel's direct access to the BTS station Ratchamduri is. An absolute Godsend especially with the relentless Bangkok traffic. You can get around to most tourists sites using the overground BTS train which is air-conditioned, with ease and the hotel is surrounded with great restaurants of all budgets and shopping malls in walking distance. Location is AMAZING for this hotel. As a bonvoy member, they do a daily sabrage of sparkling wine every day at 6pm sharp with snacks which is a great plus to grab a drink before dinner. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and service is attentive. The butler service for coffee and tea service to the room is a nice touch still. Good gym. Pool area is also nice. We used the Spa when it was Elemis Spa before and it was also nice back then. Not sure about now with the change of branding. The hotel is showing some age but still well maintained. The only downside is, the F&B options in the hotel isnt that amazing in comparison to other hotels of this caliber. Their main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner is OK. Breakfast buffet is decent with a wide spread. Lunch is a la carte but the Italian food really isnt great and pricey for what it is. Just regular overpriced hotel food. We did not try dinner there this time but previously they did a great buffet. They do have a Zuma on the basement and a Swiss style cuisine michelin star restaurant on the entrance level not affiliated with the hotel. Havent tried the Swiss one but Zuma was underwhelming. Photogenic food but tasteless. There was a sushi restaurant that used to be there but closed permanently. As a tourist I'd recommend you to eat outside of the hotel - which is also super easy to do in the area. Overall it was a great stay. Would be even nicer if their in-house F&B improved which is why I can't give a full 5 stars.
