This place is the best address for me.. They always give best services and feelings. As always ' Khun Mew who works at The Lougne is the best..She always smile and give you the best service everytime. She is the best asset for the hotel. She is,working there for long time, but her energy still shines and keeps going on. Recommend you to visit her and and try coffee and pastries there. Khun Mew..the best...

As a repeat customer, I cannot stress how great the hotel's direct access to the BTS station Ratchamduri is. An absolute Godsend especially with the relentless Bangkok traffic. You can get around to most tourists sites using the overground BTS train which is air-conditioned, with ease and the hotel is surrounded with great restaurants of all budgets and shopping malls in walking distance. Location is AMAZING for this hotel. As a bonvoy member, they do a daily sabrage of sparkling wine every day at 6pm sharp with snacks which is a great plus to grab a drink before dinner. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and service is attentive. The butler service for coffee and tea service to the room is a nice touch still. Good gym. Pool area is also nice. We used the Spa when it was Elemis Spa before and it was also nice back then. Not sure about now with the change of branding. The hotel is showing some age but still well maintained. The only downside is, the F&B options in the hotel isnt that amazing in comparison to other hotels of this caliber. Their main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner is OK. Breakfast buffet is decent with a wide spread. Lunch is a la carte but the Italian food really isnt great and pricey for what it is. Just regular overpriced hotel food. We did not try dinner there this time but previously they did a great buffet. They do have a Zuma on the basement and a Swiss style cuisine michelin star restaurant on the entrance level not affiliated with the hotel. Havent tried the Swiss one but Zuma was underwhelming. Photogenic food but tasteless. There was a sushi restaurant that used to be there but closed permanently. As a tourist I'd recommend you to eat outside of the hotel - which is also super easy to do in the area. Overall it was a great stay. Would be even nicer if their in-house F&B improved which is why I can't give a full 5 stars.

The St. Regis never disappointments and this one certainly did not. We got a an upgraded suite that was elegantly appointed. The breakfast buffet was off the charts with anything anyone could want. The hotel also has a skywalk to the public train station which is easier than the traffic. The BEST part of the stay was our butler Bruce who instantly recognized our favorites. He was so attentive, kind and helpful.

From the moment of reservation to check-in, the experience at St. Regis Bangkok was nothing short of outstanding. Special thanks to Nargiz, Ploy, and Pear for their professionalism and warm welcome. Our butler, Nisa, was attentive and ensured every detail was taken care of with grace. The Concierge and Bellboy team truly went above and beyond. A special mention to Tony, Auto, and Salmon, who assisted a colleague of mine who had lost his passport. They not only helped with the police report but also coordinated with Grab late at night to retrieve the passport from the driver — a testament to their dedication and genuine care for guests. The usual warmth from Teddy, Hack, Biw, Plural (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name), Edd, Plod and Lee is always memorable. Once and always Tony and team is more than just the frontline — he’s an unseen warrior, steadfastly holding the fort and ensuring a smooth customer journey for all - leading the team! Every interaction reminded me why St. Regis Bangkok stands out — it’s not just about luxury, but the people who make you feel at home.

From the moment we booked, The St. Regis Bangkok impressed us. Reservations agent Naphat combined our two bookings, arranged connecting rooms for our children, and secured a better rate with breakfast. While an early check-in request hit a hiccup, Front Office Manager Paris worked hard to get our upgraded suites ready sooner than expected. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and the team decorated ours with a dessert for our wedding anniversary. Service throughout was outstanding — butler service was prompt, breakfast was excellent (with thoughtful gluten-free options), and Concierge Imm gave unbiased, spot-on recommendations for dining and massages. At The St. Regis Bar, a bartender even crafted a perfect White Negroni on the spot, just days into the job. The airport transfer was the perfect finale: a well-equipped van with water, mints and towels, followed by seamless fast-track assistance from Toni and Venus right through to security. A few minor bumps, but overall an exceptional stay — warm, polished service with thoughtful touches at every turn.
