The St. Regis Bangkok

Nice to see that the hotel reflect the quality and standards that one would expect with a St. Regis. We spent 4 nights in two rooms. Ambassador elite benefits were respected. I tried to use Suite Night Upgrades but they were not accepted. I found it odd that the hotel emailed me for a paid upgrade option but would not take a suite upgrade. Other than that, everything was excellent - breakfast, bar, cocktails, restaurant options, concierge, and bell staff were all top notch. We had lunch at the Mandarin Hotel by the river (which o recommend), and I was happy that we chose the St Regis. Keep up the great work!! Thank you!

I had the opportunity to dine at this buffet, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and of high quality. The salmon was fresh, sweet, and flavorful, while the tuna was aromatic and very tender. The giant squid was also well prepared, with a great taste and not chewy at all. The seafood dipping sauce was excellent, with a perfect balance of sour, salty, and sweet flavors. The crab meat was fresh and naturally sweet. The ice cream was delicious, especially when paired with soft, fluffy bread, which complemented each other very well. The desserts were equally impressive, with rich and aromatic chocolate flavors. Overall, the food was outstanding, and the service was also very good, making the dining experience truly enjoyable.

Oh what a disappointment we always thought St.Regis was going to be this amazing service and hotel . And sadly it was neither of those.The room is small even though we got an upgrade. The sheets had stains and they were ripped. The towels had little animals and were dirty. And even though we showed them Photos didn’t give us anything to make up for it . Except the bear that I requested and to take our luggage to the Rosewood which I recommended 100%. The service here was terrible in every way . When you called for something it took a long time, at the restaurants they barely attended to you . Very disappointingly The American Express gift was fruit and 2 cookies. The room is noisy because of the metro and the motorcycles. They didn’t want to honor our American Express credit . We had to talk to a manager to get it. It was a very sad experience.

The breakfast at the St. Regis Bangkok was exceptional. The food quality was top-tier, but what really stood out was the service. Ms. Mew went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checking in with genuine care and attention. Her professionalism and warmth made the whole experience feel special. Highly recommend starting your morning here — it’s worth it.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast with a huge fresh fruit selection, friendly staff, and very clean room. The hotel gives u access to BTS public transport, is walking distance from the central mall, has a Zumi bar on the ground floor! Not a big fan of their one star Michelin restaurant but loved the coffee shop next to it
