Everything about the St. Regis is excellent. The go to hotel for Bangkok luxury . The service , accommodations and food are amazing. A 5 star experience always.

Perfect Sunday Lunch with Outstanding Service.
Sunday lunch with a family of ten. Great food and excellent service. We had a private room, and everything was smooth and well taken care of. The seafood was perfectly prepared — the grilled lobster was the highlight — and the steak was excellent. Big compliments to the chef. But most of all, Khun Mew’s service truly stood out. She was attentive, proactive, warm, and consistently one step ahead of our needs. If we could give 6 stars for service, it would go to her. We will definitely be back again.

I have stayed at the St Regis Bangkok over almost 40 times in the last decade and it never disappoints. Great location, value and the superb St Regis service. I especially want to mention Mike at the pool who always remembers us and welcomes us back remembering little preferences - incredible given the amount of guests he must look after. Also Miss Mew at breakfast the best service I’ve had so attentive and friendly. Will always recommend St Regis Bangkok. Only negative is the lack of live piano jazz band they used to have at the St Regis bar is no more, this is a pity as it really added to tune evening charm of the place.

Unforgettable stay
This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Bangkok, with direct access to the BTS, making it convenient to explore the city. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Check-in was smooth and professional, thanks to the amazing team—especially K. Fon (manager), whose hospitality truly stood out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, a sense of true luxury. The butler service was outstanding—they anticipated our needs and assisted with everything, always with a beautiful smile. Even the housekeeping team was superb to ensure our stay was flawless. If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel in a prime Bangkok location with world-class service, this is the place to be. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!

Awesome Hotel
I’ve been on the road for about two months, traveling through nine countries, and arriving at St. Regis Bangkok felt like coming home. Rebecca at the front desk deserves special mention — she’s amazing. She made me feel welcome right away, and her kindness and professionalism really stood out. Please pass along my thanks to her for making my stay so memorable. The concierge team also made things easy for me by taking care of small errands so I could focus on work. The butlers were great too — Meow is one name I remember well for her friendly and thoughtful service. Everything about this property reflects great management and an incredible team. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. My go to spot in Bangkok…
