The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean — a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and the food was excellent, offering a great variety and quality. I received the best service from Pim and the team. Located in the heart of Sathorn, the hotel is in a convenient and peaceful area — ideal for both business and leisure. I highly recommend The Sukhothai Bangkok for anyone seeking a refined and relaxing stay in the city. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

As the mania of experiencing Afternoon Tea set at hotels, this one is definitely delicious one among lots of hotels. 애프터눈티를 태국 올 때마다 먹어보는데 확실히 다른 곳들보다 맛있습니다. 서비스도 좋고 만족스러운 여행 중 서비스 였어요!

Ever since discovering the Sukhothai, there is nowhere else in Bangkok I would rather stay. It is a unbelievably serene property, in the centre of Bangkok, with wonderful staff and facilities. I originally stayed here on business, before moving to Bangkok, and continue to train at the gym with Joe, who is one of the best PTs I have ever come across. Every session is a joy, never repetitive, and the results speak for themselves. He is extremely knowledgeable and very good at explaining every exercise, down to the smallest detail. I could not be happier with the service I have received at the Sukhothai over the years and recommend it wholeheartedly.

I had such a great time here at this hotel. This is my first time staying at this hotel and my experience was far beyond my expectations. The hard product is representative of a 5-star hotel being exceptionally clean but the soft products was far better. The service here is what I haven’t seen in ages from hotel industry. Starting from Qatar mishandled my bags and none of them came with me, the hotel proactively tracked my bags, provided me updates, called me to let me know when the bags will be delivered to my room. At breakfast, I was greeted by June. She was smiley, helpful, and created an atmosphere that I was welcomed. Kang, Run, and Fonk were my servers. With Kang being our favorite, we stayed here for 5 nights. Everyday we ordered the same thing. On our day 3, he remembered our typical orders and promptly let us know he would bring them. We were so touched and satisfied with their service. I don’t know what are other good things to say, everything was great. Gym was clean, and well-equipped. Bathroom is clean. We didn’t use the swimming pool since it was hot and swimming pool is not indoor. We love everything about this hotel. It goes to show that in the hospitality industry, it is all about how they make you feel, regardless of the amenities. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Me and my friend enjoyed the spa very much. Very welcoming stuffs Aorsin and Sowi. The environment was great, so beautiful. The treatment was so good, the therapists Penny and Por did a fabulous work. I would come again next time.
