One of Bangkok’s most luxurious hotels.
The Sukhothai Hotel in BKK remains since 1991 one of Thailand’s most luxurious hotels. Their most unique features are the lush lotus gardens in a low rise development & in particular the new spa which is one of Thailand’s best in terms of design. The rooms & suites remain updated & refreshed yet leaving the charming Thais atmosphere as it is with taste & refinement. I continue to love their luxury Panpuri toiletries whilst in residence. Their breakfast is an Institution where the food spread is extensive without compromising on the highest quality. And where guests speaks in hush tones which illustrates the class of clientele that patronise this establishment. I also had the pleasure of enjoying the club lounge where the food spread was beautifully presented. To me the highlight were the coconut cookies. Simple, but yet to die for. The hotel staff were most personal with special thanks to Nawarat Hassanawin (Trippy) the Front Office Manager. Richard DEUTL, The new GM who personally sought me out to greet me. That’s impressive ! Room, meal, service, everything is the perfect hotel. I think it's the best accommodation in the world because you can feel Thai and enjoy modern services at the same time. I'm willing to come back to Thailand for this hotel.
