Jomel was so friendly and helpful, he also upgraded me to river view suite!! Awesome staff and hotel, defo worth the stay! The location is great, breakfast was **chef's kiss**. First time Thailand, would definitely come back and stay here again.

Elegant
Second time staying here. Loved it both times. Was upgraded on this trip. It’s on the same floor as the Hangover 2 sweet. Definitely thinking about getting that room next time when it’s a group of us as it’s a three bedroom suite. On this trip while we were out they had a trim down service and had our bed ready for us with a few chocolates and a weather update for the next day. As always the view was amazing. Could see the river and in front of us eat the ghost tower which has been iconic to this area since the 90s.

Impression of the hotel
Room is clean and big, view is beautiful, breakfast is excellent and the staff is very helpful and polite, most important is the location is very convenient. The taxi, tuk tuk and bts system are within reach.

Excellent service and experience , but dated facilities
We had a great experience at the Tower Club. The service was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge on the 52nd floor. Additionally, we loved the river and city view from our room/balcony on the 53rd floor. The only downside is that the hotel is generally dated and its facilities are in need of renovation.

Soft landing in Bangkok
The facilities and staff are all excellent! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Would recommend for solo or families/couples. Clean rooms spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing! Well worth it to stay in the Tower Club.
